Initially, this company was hired to clean my gutters. It was pointed out that I had some minor roofing issues with photos. I was aware that it was about time to address the roof, but they picked up on it. The pricing was more than fare. The communication was fantastic. The job was well done. Great experience.

We contacted the team for a gutter inspection and they they quickly came out to access the situation at our home and provide some other feedback of our roof. They provided a fair assessment and were friendly to work with.

I needed my gutters cleaned and there were very quick in contacting me and coming over to give me an estimate. I have an older home and George and his father were both very knowledgeable about certain up keep of an older home. After inspection of the gutter, there was a much needed repair that they took care of very quickly. George and his team were very professional, friendly and efficient. I’m very pleased with Louise August’s work! I sent a note on Saturday for a roof repair as I knew a few shingles were on the ground after the crazy wind and rain we had this month. George called me right away and thought he might be able to get to me that same day. It turned out that wasn’t meant to be and while he wasn’t able to get to my house on Saturday, he communicated with me as soon as he knew he couldn’t get here. He assured me that he’d be to my house on Monday without a doubt. Monday morning Jim called to let me know George and his team would be at my house in a little bit. They did an assessment, shared photos of the damage from the ridge of my room and gave me the assessment and estimate. The initial assessment and work began... After a they got started, George brought me the bad news that they found some rotten wood and the whole back half of my roof had to be repaired instead of the basic repairs. This wasn’t a surprise as I’ve had some occasional leaks. George was clear about the costs and his team got to work! They were thoughtful in buying shingles that matched the front for the ridge and got as close as they could for the back (with COVID-19 production and availability is limited). They had to come back on a Tuesday with new wood and additional shingles. They pushed through and completed the whole project on Tuesday since it was going to rain today! They cleaned up each day and were wonderful to work with. George gave me the official warranty paperwork and I’m glad to have this done. I’m very pleased with the work that George and his team did and how communicative they were through the process. I would recommend them to others and use them again for other projects.

Also took pics and shared them and gave fair quotes on potential trouble areas with zero pressure to invest. Call them for your roofing needs!

Jim contacted me just a couple minutes after I sent the request online. He updated me very quickly when their guys were unable to get my house on time. Also his guy were very friendly and did a great job cleaning my gutters. Jim is also a very kind guy and easy to negotiate. We really appreciate them.

We hired them for some roofing and siding issues. They came out right away and kept us informed through texts and pictures. When they found another issue they talked us through and gave us options for fixing it. Very communicative and great work!!
