They called quickly, reviewed the work to be done, explained what needed to be done, and gave an estimate. They showed up when agreed, sent pictures of the work in progress, and finished when they estimated they would. This was an unusual job which many roofers had declined to undertake. They cleaned up the job site when done, and did not ask for additional payment or present any unexpected obstacles. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

They returned calls when they said they would, showed up for the job when scheduled, advised me on various aspects of the job, and gave me the pros and cons of doing various things so that I could make an informed choice. They were a pleasure to do business with. Great company, wonderful people! I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will definitely use them again.

Very responsive, prompt and reliable. Explained everything very well and took and showed me photos of roof issues. Small father and son company w/ lots of experience and expertise. In addition to looking over and repairing my slate roof, they installed leave guard on all gutters. I look forward to working w them in the future.

They were very responsive and focused on fixing our gutter damage in the most cost-effective way. They were willing to look at photos before coming out to the house, which allowed us to discuss options and ultimately get the job done the day they came to officially inspect the damage. They did an excellent job and cleaned out the rest of the gutters while they were on the roof. They called a bit after the work was complete to make sure I was still satisfied with it. This level of care was for a small/minor gutter repair which tells me they are about customer service and quality of work regardless of the size of the project. Strongly recommend them and we will use them moving forward.

Mr August was excellent at explaining everything that needed to be done because he found more damage than we could see. He was especially gentle with my mother so that she understood the problems that were discovered around the roof. I also appreciated that he kept me informed about everything going on at my momâ s home. They also did an excellent job cleaning up after all the work was done. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service.

I initially hired Louise August to dislodge a very clogged gutter, after another contractor charged me over $200 and then refused to do the work (claiming it was too dangerous). Louise and his team were able to come to my three-story home the next day. They not only repaired the gutters, but resurfaced the flat roof (amazing job!), and repaired/replaced slate tiles. Because I was at work -- not home -- Louise called me regularly to update work progress, let me know about other needed work (eg. chimney), which he did, and to inform me about the source of an HVAC drip. I would certainly recommend him!

I asked Louise August to install gutter guards on our house. They also replaced some rotten wood and sealed our chimney. They were very responsive, thorough, and quick.

They were very professional , they clean up and the crew was excellent to work with and if I need any more work done I will seek them for the job. Thanks to the list serve and Aggie's List. Note they pointed out that I didn't need to replace my gutters. some other company would not have been up front about what needed to be done. Most agent try to stick the season citizens. Again finally I highly recommend this PRO.

They went over and above. Their estimates came in lower as well. Very courteous and polite, explained everything, gave the price up front and said if there are any issues they would take care of it.

He is a really good guy and worked along with me. He was right on time and he finished right on time. He also had a crew and they were all excellent.
