What was great was she wasn't asking you to do a complete renovation to get it ready for sale. Sensible, cost effective changes was what she suggested. It was exactly what I was looking for... This was a free service. I felt she was honest, down to earth, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend her.
