+ -1 moreEverything Gramophone has done for us has worked nicely. Lee and his team have provided responsive, attentive service to us now in two homes. The crew is very knowledgeable, and they pay close attention to aesthetics.
Description of Work: We had engaged Gramophone in 2012 to upgrade our previous home's A/V system, and were pleased with the results. For our new home we engaged Gramophone again. The Columbia store manager, Lee Kirby-Smith, came to our home to review our needs, and help us plan the whole house project. He inspected the structured wiring and distributed audio system already in place, inventoried our existing TVs and other components and made initial recommendations. He prepared a detailed proposal and sent it to us promptly. We had "immediate" needs, so Lee scheduled one crew to hook up our existing components in two rooms. Once the new products arrived we had a second crew install/connect the remaining rooms.

Installation was part of a larger renovation by another provider and had some difficult elements to address e.g. installation of TV above fireplace, Representatives of company from sales staff to installers were professional and very helpful. Any questions or issues that needed to be addressed following initial installation were addressed rapidly and without any further cost. If you are looking for top-notch professional service and a company that "stands-by" their work, this is the one for you.
