Mr. Busby provided a very clear and precise estimate of the cost, both what labor it covered and items that were not covered. He accomplished all the work in a very professional manner. He communicates well by email.

Stephon is an amazing diagnostician and technician. I called him with a problem with the lights going out in different locations in my home. He stopped by within hours after the call. They just came out and did the work. They did pretty good work. I did not have any more problems with that. The guy was good and professional. He was about 10 minutes early. Great company. Mr. Busby accompanied my schedule to provide me with a quote. He was very knowledgeable and offered a very reasonable quote after looking at what I wanted done. Based on the information that Mr. Busby shared about the project I ultimately decided that it wasn't worth the trouble of having it done. Although I didn't go with Endeavor for this project I plan to contact the company again for a future project.

Endeavor responded the same day and resolved the breaker problem on one visit.

The crew of two arrived on time and did a great job on the ceiling fan and troubleshooting an outlet that was not working properly. They were very professional and responsive. I would hire again and recommend to family and friends.

The electrician came promptly today. When he checked, he found that the circuit breaker had cut power to the outlet, so it didn't require replacement after all! (The switch didn't turn red when it was flipped, like all the others, so I learned something new.) His $45 for a long trip and about 7 minutes of checking was totally reasonable, so no problem, and I would call them again. He said that a diagnostic call was ordinarily twice the cost I paid, but he wouldn't charge me for it, since it was such a short visit.

Perfect!! This was a very old (30 years!) unit with an odd shape opening. After inspecting and measuring all parts of the unit, Stephan did an online search and was able to find a new exhaust fan that perfectly fit the unit. He was super responsive to my initial inquiry, very diligent with his assessment and 100% on budget and on time with delivery of his services. This fix was in my rental property, so I had a very limited time and resources to fix the problem. Stephan was very responsive, knowledgeable honest and affordable. Thank you Stephan!!

So happy with the prompt and professional service by Stephan . Had a few kitchen outlets that had not worked in quite some time. Finally decided to have a professional look at it since my handy husband was stumped. Once he determined the cause to be a bad connection in a working outlet, he was able to repair the other outlets quickly and for what we consider a very reasonable price. Mr. Stephon Busby is exceptional! He is very knowledgeable, pleasant, safety-conscience, hardworking, passionate in his line of work, and manages his resources and projects very well. Stephon is punctual and a natural at this. He immediately recognized possible issues with wiring and proper anchoring for lighting/switching/connections, and was able to safely and efficiently correct them (i.e. outdoor wire, behind-the-wall wiring at switch, ceiling wiring etc). He does a very clean job checking/replacing/installing leaving no mess at all. For the final touches, he adjusted the angle/face of the fixtures, placement of wiring, and tested the functionality. While Endeavor was at the house doing the garage I asked him about two lights circuits that were in my house that was built in 1962 and had never worked since I bought the house recently. These lights apparently were never wired correctly and they did not work as you would expect a 3 way circuit to work. Stephon said he knew exactly what the issue was and he would be happy to fix it while he was there. In a short matter of time the light circuits worked as you would expect them to. I later had another light circuit in the house stop working so I called Endeavor again and Stephon came out and tracked the problem down to a ground that had corroded over time and repaired the problem. I have not had any problems since with anything but I know who I will call if I do! I am very picky about how things are done in my home and business and I recommend him to all my friends and business associates. Stephon is always very professional and his work is always impeccable and there is no sign that anyone ever was in your home working. I can?t say enough good things about him and his company.
