Ed and his team did a great job at installing hardwood floors on our staircases. The work was high quality, the price was fair and the communication and professionalism was fantastic. We have other projects to be completed at our house and will definitely use Elegant Flooring again!

We are very pleased with our new carpet and floor. More than anything, Elegant Flooring has excellent customer service and spent a lot of time planning both projects which was really important. Ed was very patient and listened to all of my concerns. No detail seemed to small which I really appreciated. The work was done on time and as advertised for a great price.

I was referred to Elegant flooring by a friend of mine. I called them and Ed the sales person came to our home for a free estimate. He came on time and he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the different methods of re-sanding and finishing our hardwoods with oil or water base. He pointed out the pros and the cons of each method and he helped me to chose the right method for our needs and expectations. We received other estimates but we decided to go with Elegant Flooring to do our project because we were comfortable with them and trusted that they will do the best job for us. They also had the best price for the quality services we needed. At the day of the installation, the crew showed up on time and did the job in a timely manner. They moved our furniture, took our old carpet and disposed of it. Then they taped the kitchen entrance with plastic to prevent any dust to spread into the kitchen. When they were all done, the house was clean and we hardly had to do any cleaning. The finished hardwood floors looked amazing and we loved it so much. I am happy that we went with Elegant Flooring to do our project. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends for future flooring projects.

My husband and I had a great experience doing business with Elegant Flooring. Ed (our salesman) came to our home for an in-home free estimate which was convenient for us. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth. He understood our needs and our expectations. He also presented us with many product samples and explained the pros and cons of each type. On the day of installation, his crew came on time. They were professional, courteous, and friendly. In just one day, they expertly installed the carpet in our three-level town home. In addition, they fixed the squeaky noise we had on our floor, vacuumed the carpet, and removed all of the trash. I LOVE my carpet and the color of it which Ed helped me pick out. Most importantly, they delivered the flooring we wanted and the look we expected all under the budget we set for this project. I will recommend them to my family and all my friends. Six months later Elegant Flooring also laid out hardwood in our kitchen and ceramic tile in our bathrooms. We were thrilled.
