They're the best! I walked through the house with Keith initially and pointed out all of the work that needed to be done. We set a date for the work around the installation of new kitchen countertops, and Keith offered to set up the work so that he could be doing some tasks while the old water heater drained, so the price would be lower. Since I was at work while the tasks continued on the house, Keith called to let me know how the job was going and ask any necessary questions - and when I got back that night the work was done and it was all great as usual!

I have never had such professionals service people! I was already impressed when they took their shoes off without having been asked. The work was performed quickly, perfectly and professionally. I will recommend this company highly. Both the main technician and his apprentice were very nice, knowledgable and professional. The price was very reasonable for the work performed and I will never call another company again for any plumbing jobs. Can't overstate how pleased I am!

Once that got settled, everything went very smoothly. They gave me a call when the plumber was driving to my house. The plumber that arrived was very friendly and professional. First, the pipe leak issue. While removing the problem pipe, he noticed some other issues that I was unaware of and he fixed those too. All of this was done very efficiently. He did not work slowly and try to rack up hours just to get paid more (they charge by the hour). He also explained to me exactly what he was doing and why, which let me feel better about knowing what I was paying for. No issues with this repair. About the hot and cold water being swapped in my shower. My shower's hot/cold knob (the type that is a single knob that controls hot and cold) seemed to be flipped (Hot was Cold, and Cold was Hot). I thought I had to swap the pipes inside the wall behind the shower to make it right. However, the plumber from Ehrhardt knew his stuff about faucets and showers. He did some work on the faucet knob itself and the hot/cold swap problem was fixed in about 3 minutes! This was awesome!!! No dry wall removed or anything! He said this was faucet specific, so this could not be done on all faucets, but the fact that he even knew this was great. A plumber from another company that I asked about this said that I'd have to flip the hot and cold pipes behind the shower/drywall, and the cost for this was really high. Ehrhardt really saved me a lot of money here. I don't think things could have gone any smoother. The price seemed very reasonable and the service was top notch. I would go back to Ehrhardt for any future plumbing issues without hesitation.

I was given a ballpark estimate of what it would cost to replace the wax seal, but was told that it could be other causes that could cost more and they wouldn't know until they removed the toilet. Since I always hated my "no flush" toilet I asked for a quote on replacing the whole toilet. The labor would be about the same. The only difference would be the price of the toilet. It was a good deal so I decided to replace rather than repair. The plumber arrived on time and couldn't have been nicer. The old toilet was taken away and a new Kohler comfort height was installed. Great - plumber was on time and very professional. I price-checked the service against several other plumbers and Ehrhardt was the most reasonable. Other companies tried to aggressively mark-up the price of the actual disposal part, but Ehrhardt did not. Felt like an honest company.

They came out and repaired the shower head. There was damage below and they went through the ceiling to get to the pipes. They fixed it very quickly and were helpful.

He educated us on what I was noticing with the shower drain and on how to correct it. It really didn't need any work at all; we just needed a little advice/education on it. He replaced the flapper and handle on the toilet, and correct the slow-draining sink too. He asked if there was anything else we needed-there was not. He finished in less than an hour and was very clean with his work. I'll definitely contact them for future work. We even got a 10% discount since we were new customers.

When the plumbers arrived they looked at the issue and also checked other plumbing fixtures to make sure the issue was not located elsewhere. Once they were able to confirm the issue they cut out a small opening in the drywall and were able to see that their initial diagnoses was correct. They were very polite and helpful in explaining the issue. They used a drop cloth in order to ensure that the dust from the drywall did not get everywhere. They worked extremely quickly and finished the job in about an hour.
