+ -1 moreExcellent. They called to let me know the plumber was in route and he arrived early. He first came in to see the job and then went out to his truck for the necessary tools. He finished both jobs (kitchen faucet installation and bathroom faucet repair) in less than 35 minutes. As a new customer they gave us a 10% discount, which was great.
Description of Work: Ehrhardt installed a new kitchen faucet and repaired a bathtub faucet.

+ -1 moreVince told me outdoor spigot could be repaired and did not need to be replaced which saved me money. He also replaced a vanity faucet which I provided. He was quick, efficient and honest. The most important thing was he discovered a serious problem with the way my water heater was vented. The exhaust pipe had been cut wrong and glued together. It was ready to come apart and could have vented carbon monoxide into the basement. (We do have CO detectors but this is still scary) We had this water heater installed a couple of years ago by another well known local firm that I don't know if I can name here. It did fail inspection by Howard County 3 times after initial install. Failure was all related to the vent and probably should have never passed. Anyway, by pure luck it was discovered and fixed. Thank you Vince!!

+ 0 moreWe had a sewer incident where we could not flush any of the toilets or even let the water out of the sink. We called the plumber that we have used for 30 years and was not able to reach them. In desperation we looked up on Angie’s List and found Ehrhardt Brothers Quality Plumbing. They had all of their crews out working and thought that they could get someone out by late evening. Later they called back and said that they could not make it that day. After begging and pleading and explaining my plight they said they would indeed come out that day. They arrive and were the most professional plumbers that I have ever seen. They made quick work of the blockage in the sewer line, cleaned up the area and were gone in short order. The cost was about half of what I expected to pay. I am thrilled that I have a new plumber.

He was very prompt; replaced the pipes; ensured everything was working properly and cleaned the area after his work was completed. He quickly performed the job and even answered questions about another potential job in the future. Very friendly. Price was reasonable.

+ -1 moreit went very well.... this was a straight forward project... install a sump pump in the crawl space, (I had already pulled the old one). When they showed up they were right on time and they were conscientious of my floors (they used disposable shoe covers), they added a "one-way" valve to the drain pipe and the sump pump in quick order, had all the parts they needed on the truck and were done within an hour. When I called to request the appointment the woman that answered was able to schedule me for the next day... The price was fair and the sump pump they installed was (according to Amazon) top notch! I'd hire them back in a second.

+ 0 moreWork was professional, clean and timely (and we had a nice visit). Price was fair and about what I expected. I will call them again anytime I have a plumbing issue and highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.
Description of Work: The manifold serving the incoming water line from my well to the holding tank had begun to leak even though it has only been there since 1981. The technician (Kieth) showed up (earlier than had been promised), diagnosed the problem in minutes, found a replacement part in Ellicott City, picked it up and returned in about an hour and replaced the manifold as well as a deteriorated pressure gauge and new pressure switch.

Both hose bibs were replaced with new sturdy ones New shutoff valves were installed (there had been none before) with bleeder valves. All work was completed in 90 minutes. Plumbers were professional.
Description of Work: Two exterior hose bibs needed to be replaced. New shutoff valves also needed to be added to both hose bibs.
