They were quite good, they did exactly what i wanted them to do. I went out and bought the parts and they came out and fixed the problem right off. They were there on time.

All work performed very professionally. Discarded toilets, cardboard and packing from new toilets, etc. taken away.

The service from Ehrhardt Brothers Quality Plumbing was excellent. They resealed my toilet that was leaking. They charged me whatever the charge for a service call was there was no additional cost. It was like 1 hour's worth of work. I would use this provider in the future.

It went really well. I called 3 plumbers for estimates and theirs was the best. Also, they asked for more details about the system so they could repair it appropriately. The others seemed less knowledgeable. They scheduled a time for the next day and came as scheduled. He did a great job replacing the pump. He answered my questions about another plumbing issue.

Selected Ehrhard Brothers because of good reviews on Angie's List.. They were a pleasure to deal with on the phone and at the home. Professional and courteous. Beat the price of a different plumber that we had gotten an estimate from. Will definitely use them again.

The first stage of the work went very well. We have no complaints with the installation of the gas manifold, valves and regulators inside the house. Ehrhardt Brothers? technician was to return and finish up with the installation of the gas generator. It may sound strange to complain about a contractor being early for a job but I have to do that based on the situation. On the day that the technician was supposed to be at our house to finish hooking up the gas generator it was scheduled for 12 noon as I had plans to be away from my home till eleven thirty. However, that morning at 8:15 am, the doorbell rang and the technician was standing at the door and was ready to go. When I tried to explain that I was not expecting him to be there till the designated time of 12 noon, he became very upset. About the time that I finally told him that I would cancel my plans and he could do the work, he turned and stormed off up my driveway. My daughter and I both tried to get him to come back to no avail. He actually said that he had " a job to do and had to earn a living"! I was in shock and did not know what to make of his behavior. I immediately called Ehrhardt's office and spoke with the office manager about the situation. I told her what had transpired including the technician's outburst. She said that she would find out what happened and call me back. I was and still am surprised that at no apology was ever offered about the lack of communication between the office who made the appointment and the technician who arrived at the wrong time or for his behavior. When she did call me back later that day she said that the technicians could do the work at two pm that day if I wanted. I agreed that this would be fine with me as I wanted to get the generator hooked up. Around two thirty, she called me and said that they were running late and she asked if I still wanted them to come out and do the work. I felt that I had already made it clear that I wanted to get the work done that day by rescheduling for the two pm time slot. She said that the technician would be out by three pm that day. Right at three, the technician arrived and did not even notify me that he was on-site. I stepped out of my house and went to the side of my home where the work was being done. I said hello to the technician- imagine my surprise that it was the same technician who had acted so rudely that same morning. The technician and his helper finished in record time- I know this because this portion of the work was time and materials only. Later that day my husband mentioned that there would need to be a Baltimore Co. inspection. In the meantime, we had had the electrical contractor out to hook up the electrical part of the generator installation and the electrician asked me if I knew that the plumber did not use the flex connector that came with my generator as the connector was still in the generator cabinet. I replied that I did not. The electrician also mentioned that we should have an inspection by the county if it had not already been done. Because of his and my husband?s insistence on an inspection, I contacted Ehrhardt Brothers office the next day. I was told by a guy in their office that there was no inspection to be done. However, strangely enough, later that day I got a call from the Ehrhardt Brothers office staff to set up a Baltimore Co. inspection for the next day! The next day, I was home when the Baltimore Co inspector came by to take a look. The inspector failed the installation of the gas line because not only was a flex connection not used but the regulator was also too close to the ignition source on the generator. The inspector stated that it would have been quite simple for the plumber to have done it correctly the first time around. I called to let Ehrhardt know that the inspection failed and to schedule a time for a technician to come out and correct the items that did not pass inspection. The technician again arrived on the scheduled day but did not contact me at my front door to let me know they were working on my property. I again called the Ehrhardt Brothers office to set up another county inspection for the next week as it was the weekend at that point. The Baltimore Co. inspector came out an again failed the installation due to the lack of venting of the pressure relief valve away from the ignition source in the generator. I again called to inform Ehrhardt Brothers office manager of the failure to pass inspection. Again the technician came out this time at seven fifteen am in the morning and was gone by the time I heard a truck going up my driveway. We went out and looked and saw that he had vented the relief valve. I called the Ehrhardt Brothers office again to schedule a county inspection for the next day at which time the Baltimore County inspector passed the installation and gave me a sticker stating this fact. Now I know this has been a drawn out and detailed description of what happened but when I checked the contract it did state that it included permits and per code work. My husband and I find that we cannot recommend Ehrhardt Brothers to anyone due to the various problems that we had with their work, communication issues and their technician. I feel that all of the negative could have been avoided if they had just simply done the job to the specifications of the contract and worked harder to foster better communication between with their staff, technicians and customer.

This was a Service Call and not a Job Price but and Hourly Fee. Really Needed, since this was the 'only' toilet in house. Very efficient, Personable, Very willing to exchange information and repair ideas. Will definitely call this company in the future.

I had a leaky hose bib and could not shut it off from the outside or the inside. Called in the morning and had an appointment that afternoon. The appointment went smoothly and I'm happy with the work. Nick was friendly and helpful.

Installed a new pressure regulator after carefully troubleshooting my system. Did an excellent job and I was very satisfied. Will definitely use this company again for any future plumbing projects or issues.

Nick was prompt, polite and tolerated me asking questions. He let me hang over his shoulder and showed me how to disconnect sink stopper to clean out for future; He troubleshoot dishwasher and was sorry he had to refer me to appliance repair; he had to replace toilet innards twice, first pump was too big and second just right; he replaced rusted bolts. Nick also did a fabulous job cleaning up after himself. Even when the boss called to remind him about being late for his next appointment, Nick did not rush the job but completed it thoroughly and ensured all was working before he left.

Great job! Very polite, efficient. Nick was super nice. Hose bibs were soldered to the pipe in front and back of the house so that is why we could not fix ourselves. I would definitely use them again!

I had a slow leak in my drain line. They came and charged 300.00 and now I hav raw sewage leaking into my house and they refuse to call me back. They will not return my calls...I came to them weeks ago about this problem and they do nothing but stall

They knew what they were doing. They were very professional, I was very impressed with their workmanship, knowledge and expertise.

Using my oil furnace for the first time this season (and first time ever, as we just moved into our house over the Summer), we experienced a problem with no hot water (we had been using the electric water heater, and with our oil furnace, the water is supposed to be primarily heated using an indirect water heater in tandem with the oil furnace). Ehrhardt Brothers Quality Plumbing spent well over ONE HOUR with me on the phone, at no charge, troubleshooting and isolating the problem. Even though I still need a plumber to come to my house (Ehrhardt Brothers Quality Plumbing deduced a faulty circulator pump on the indirect water heater, but I'm out of their service area), I got my hot water back. Ehrhardt Brothers Quality Plumbing could have easily just told me that I wasn't within their service area and that would have been it, but they went the extra mile and spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone, troubleshooting the problem. I would recommend to anyone in Ehrhardt's service area to give them a call. They were very helpful to me, and I didn't even pay them a thing.

Mike came out and was able to provide a very quick estimate and answering all my questions and concerns for the install. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the price I was quoted. It was well below the other estimates I received. I setup the appointment a few days later and the work went smoothly and was completed within the time estimated. The work was completed within budget and looks great. I would not hesitate to call on them again for service or remodeling work.

I previously used this vendor in the spring to install new bathroom faucets. Nick returned to install my new dish cleaning unit. As before he did a wonderful job and it is such a delight to have a unit that doesn't leak (the other was 30 years old and unfortunately nothing lasts forever). The fact that I'm a repeat customer speaks volumes.

This sounds easier than it was. My flooring is higher than where the dishwasher sits so it took a while for him to get the dishwasher out to replace the pipe. Nick was very personable and professional. He explained what he was doing as he went. He also fixed a leaky faucet. He also tried to fix the aerator on the faucet head but he did not have the correct part for it (that was an add on request once he came in the home). He ran a short cycle to be sure the dishwasher worked correctly. I would employ this company again - I was very impressed at how quickly they got here and the quality of the job that was done.

Our basement was flooded with sewage that was coming in through a shower in the basement. Turns out our main line was clogged. I called a few plumbers and luckily the first guy to say he could help was from Ehrhardt Brothers. The plumber arrived when he said he would and worked on finding and fixing the clog for almost 5 hours. He was very responsive to questions and told us about how our pipes were run in the yard, and which ones were ours and which were the counties responsibility. The fee he charged was very reasonable for the amount of time he spent at the house (and there were two guys working together). While I can't say that I was happy to have my basement flooded, I was happy to finally find a plumber that I can trust.

Service was great, and very reasonably priced. I will use them again.

I received 3 bids for this repair and Ehrhardt was the best of the three. Mike was on time for the estimate and was very professional and nice. Of the three bids I received, I feel he was the most knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. One of the other companies I got an estimate from told me the repairs would take 6 hours. The plumbers that came and did the work only took 2! They were super professional and super nice and I felt very comfortable with both of them in my home. They did an awesome job!! All in all, a repair I was dreading turned out to be not so bad after all. I would highly recommend Ehrhardt Plumbing.
