+ 1 moreEhrhardt plumbing installed new rough-in plumbing for a master bath remodel, and re-routed some kitchen drains and vents to accomodate the rough-in. All the rough-in work was great, except for the shower drain which I had to adjust slightly to accomodate the floor tile that I plan on installing (they didn't leave enough clearance when they attached the drain to the plywood subfloor). All in all, though, it was an acceptable job.

+ 0 moreThis is an amazing company. The secretary was so nice that she makes you feel like she is talking to her best friend. They were able to schedule us promptly. The young man who came to do the work arrived on time and was extremely polite, knowledgeable and worked efficiently. He had to come back the next day to complete the job in a basement bathroom where the sink was incorrectly installed. He cleaned up after himself. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I will always call them for a plumbing problem. They are the best.

+ 0 moreWhen our water heater stopped working we contacted Ehrhardt Brothers. Mike Ehrhardt came to our home to give us an estimate. After assessing the situation, Mike offered a few different options with valuable information to assist us in making a decision. Within a day of making our decision, Brian, a Master Plumber, installed the equipment and took the time to make sure we understood how to maintain the water heaters and turbidity filter. We have been using Ehrhardt Brothers Plumbing for a number of years, using their services for everything from typical maintenance to major renovations. All plumbers that have worked in our home have been very professional and customer service has always been very good from the first call to the follow up call confirming we were happy with the the services provided. We highly recommend Erhardt Brothers Plumbing.

We first met the owner several years ago when one of his competitors claimed we needed a complete replacement of our waste line for an astronomical sum of money but all of the explanations didn't add up. Mr. Ehrhardt came out, looked at our system and advised us to call the county, which we did and that solved the issue. As far as I'm concerned, as long as we live in this area, his company is our go-to plumber. So when we had a clogged sink that wouldn't drain despite our best efforts. They came when promised, had a longer snake than I did, and cleared the drain.

Nick worked around the water remediation people to install the new heater, answered all our questions and kept a smile on his face. Mike also showed up on the job to inspect and make sure things were running smoothly.

+ -1 moreAnother plumber wanted $600 to replace our kitchen faucet. They would only install Moen faucets that they provide! We purchased our own high end Moen at Lowe's and Erhardt's man installed it for $150 - saving us $250. Similar savings of about $325 were garnered on the tank installation. The men were prompt, competent and clean, and they hauled away the damaged parts. Tracy in the office was particularly pleasant to work with.

He eased all my concerns and although I don't know exactly what he did, I can tell you two things for sure: 1) He did a beautiful job, aesthically and 2) The leak has stopped. + 0 moreOur 30 year old gas water heater finally died over the 4th of July weekend!! Over the weekend I did research about prices of gas water heaters and found Ehrhardts on Angies list. They were located so nearby, I drive past them every day and I did not realize they were there. On Monday at 7AM I called and explained my problem. At 11 AM the plumber was at our door with the water heater of the size and features I had selected. He efficiently removed the old heater and unpacked and installed the new one, all the while taking care to do the work and clean up any mess. Piping was upgraded, extra anode installed and we now have a nice shiny new gas water heater. All debris was removed and no sign of the job was left behind. The plumber told us this heater would be more efficient and we noticed a difference immediately. I discussed having a bathroom sink faucet replaced and after checking in with his boss he was happy to complete that job also. The responsiveness was impressive, based on our research, price was excellent and all the work was very professional.

+ 0 moreI called early in the am, & Mike called right back. I told him it would be a problem to wait until tomorrow, & he said he'd try to get someone out that day. He called a few hours later to say a crew came back early, & asked if I wanted them to come out now. I agreed, & Octavio was there within the hour. He & his partner got right to work, & did a great job fitting the new heater into a tight space. When they were done, they had to wait to test for leaks, b/c the county had turned off the water to the street due to a water main break. Octavio pointed out the owner's manual, & showed me how to re-start the pilot as he was doing so. Just as we were making arrangements to test the heater in the am, the water came back on, & the heater & pipes had no leaks. I would definitely use this company again. The price quoted was a little higher than other quotes on Angie's list, but the services provided were absolutely worth the cost. It was hard to find a plumber both bonded & insured.

The old plumbing had to be removed so that painters could paint in a small powder room. When the painting was finished, plumber returned to install the new fixtures. They were prompt and efficient and we would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone who had need of a plumber.

+ -1 moreWonderfully. The other plumbers who looked at the pipe tried to sell us on projects costing $6,000 to $8,000, each one had various conflicting rationales that didn't make much sense. Ehrhardt Brothers were honest, and they made sense in how they explained things, they were willing to take modest action first before doing super expense repair jobs. They fixed it on time and within budget. Every other plumber we looked at had failed us miserably. Ehrhardt Brothers is the best !

+ 0 moreThey did respond quickly for the quote, it was a little harder to get them out to complete the work as they seemed to have a very busy schedule. They did their best to accommodate the time-frame I needed the work done in, and came out early for an "emergency" call when we smelled gas coming from the area they were going to be working on. They ended up having to leave in the middle of the job during the first visit to address an emergency at one of their commercial building customers, and returned later that week to complete the job. The work completed was of good quality, although slightly more expensive then initially thought.
