 + -1 moreThe service was excellent. Keith came, explained options, answered all questions, then efficiently replaced the sink drains, piping, trap, and garbage disposer (which we supplied). Prior, there were leaks in the 15-year old garbage disposer as well as in plumbing joints. For the double sink configuration he installed two traps in place of the former one-trap system. Now everything is working great and should serve us well for years. I don't know how it could have gone better.
Description of Work: Replaced plumbing under kitchen sink including garbage disposer.

Nick, the technician showed up on time and was able to diagnose the problem in a timely fashion. Although he ran into an issue at the end, he was able to quickly address that. All in all, it was an easy service call/fix.

 + -1 moreOur shower handle stopped functioning resulting in a steady leak into the tub...of course, just before coming arrives for the holiday. We called and received almost immediate service. We were fearful that the entire wall would have to be broken into since there wasn't easy access and were delighted to find out that the cartridge could easily be replaced. They were also able to replace a faucet in our garage and two in our utility room all in less than an hour! This is the second time that we have used Ehrhardt and we can't commend them highly enough. They are knowledgeable, courteous, professional and proficient. They were punctual and quick, clearly explaining what the issues are and providing cost-effective ways of addressing them. We are 100% satisfied and suspect you will be as well if you contact them for your plumbing needs.

He attached the hoses for us and recommended that since he couldn't guarantee that the pvc pipe to the valve wouldn't break if he tried to replace it, we could purchase a ball valve and attach it to the existing one. He put the hoses on the machine for us and had enough of the hour left to fix a sprinkler in the basement that had come down from the ceiling. We were very impressed, not only with his competence and advice to not replace the valve, but also with his expertise in fixing the sprinkler. I highly recommend Ehrhardt Brothers!
Description of Work: We had purchased new supply hoses for our washing machine and had difficulty getting them attached. Also, the hot water valve dripped when it was turned off.

 + -1 moreHe knew right off that it would be one of two problems and advised at the possibility of the cost. (One high and one low) lots of precautions were taken to maintain cleanliness and very pleasant individual. Had the truck well stocked to make sure everything would get done in one trip.
Description of Work: Our shower was making a terrible noise and we had no idea what the problem was. Ended up with just some innards in the mechanism replaced.

Came out the next day and pulled and replaced the pump and the lines. Plumber had to work around multiple tree service companies that were responding to a tornado that came through the neighborhood that evening.

Turned out that the burner needed cleaning and the pilot light straightened. No parts were needed, just cost of labor. I was pretty happy with their service.

They would have come back yesterday but there was a broken water main at the bottom of the hill.They were here early this morning and were able to open the drain. Very good experience. If I ever need a plumber in the future I would call them. Very pleased.

Rob arrived on time and was helpful and pleasant. He was able to fix my kitchen faucet, which had been spraying water everywhere. I've not had this kind of work done previously, so I can't compare the price to anyone else, but I felt that it was fair.
