I have to used Ehrhardt Brothers on multiple occasions. The professionalism is outstanding from Catherine in the office to Vince who is the plumber who services my home. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I called the office, described the work I needed to have done, and was told that the rate would be $195/hr. I made the appointment, and they sent a competent, courteous person, who completed all 3 of the tasks I mentioned when I made the appointment.
The surprise came when I received the invoice. Part of the job was billed at a flat rate of $450 instead of the quoted $195/hr. I'm fine with flat-rate billing in principle, and I'm OK if it comes out to higher than the usual hourly rate, but I don't like to be surprised with an invoice higher than I was quoted.
I called the office and expressed my concerns but they insisted that I owed the full amount, which I paid.
To be fair I believe this was a mistake rather than an any sort of intentional deception, and the person I spoke to likely lacked the authority to resolve the problem.

From the minute that I called their number and they answered the phone, I knew this was the plumbing company for me. Not only were they friendly, upbeat & knowledgeable, but they were helpful and accommodating and sounded like they took pride in there job and had GREAT customer service. They scheduled the appointment, the tech showed up on time, the tech was friendly and knowledgeable, and took care of my plumbing problem in a timely manner without an issue. If I was able to give them 6 stars, I would.

Plumber Wayne of Ehrhardt Brothers installed a Moen faucet I purchased & replaced several turnoff valves and I had an extremely good experience! I spoke with Rachel in customer service and she was fantastic as well! I feel like all the employees of this company are pros and the price is certainly reasonable. Go ahead and treat yourself to some quality plumbing work by using this company instead of pulling out your hair by attempting complicated do-it-yourself plumbing jobs best left to the pros. :)

Description of Work: They did the plumbing rough-in for a bathroom remodel project and will return in mid-january to perform the final install of fixtures. They also did an emergency install of a replacement hot water heater for me after my old one crapped out violently.

Description of Work: I had Ehrhardt replace a toilet in Feb, was pleased and submitted a good report. A few months later, I called twice for an appointment and was told someone would get back to me but I never heard back. I dismissed that as an anomoly. Last Mon, I called again since this company is up the block, was told someone would get back to me the next day but again nobody returned my call. This is no longer an anomoly. This is rude and unprofessional behavior. I wil take my money and business elsewhere. I don't enjoy submitting reports like this but the truth needs to be told.

Description of Work: we had a plumbing emergency and needed someone fast! i called Ehrhardt Brothers and was pleasantly surprised by the qualoty ofservice. the plumber was at our house about an hour after I called and he was very polite and didn't mind the barking dogs and the crazy toddler. He quickly assessed the situation and immediately started working. When he completed the job down in the basement he locked it back up and gave us a few tips to keep the plumbing clean and prevent another problem. I would definitely reccommend this company to anyone that was looking for a nice and reliable plumbing company!!
