Great communication. Work was done on time, and according to agreement. The quality of the work was excellent. Would highly recommend.

He came out when he said he would; did an excellent job and charged a very fair price. I would call him again for further work because he impressed me to be the kind of person I would trust to stand by his work. I felt he was honest!

I would highly recommend Ed. He came out the same day he contacted us about power washing and sealing our deck. He explained what he would do and told us the product he would use. The price was fair. He came the next day and the job was completed. This was the best experience we have ever had working with a contractor.

We lost siding in the wind storm. Mr. Kelbie came out that afternoon to access the damage and informed us of what the cost would be to repair. The replacement siding we needed to replace the damage was not readily available since it was a holiday weekend, but he completed the job as soon as was possible.

Came very quickly, able to fix the loose siding right away to prevent further damage and more extensive repair.

Was flexible about when to come out, identified more to fix and fixed it no cost. Best part was he able to come out and squeeze me in when others put me out a week or more, and he gave the estimate and did the job right there.

Mr. Kelbie contacted me very quickly and was willing to discuss a rather unusual cleaning need - the glass roof of a conservatory. He fit me into his schedule in a few days. He and his assistant did a wonderful job. I'll be calling him again next year!

They did the job very quickly and for a very good price. I hope it holds up well. They said they would make any necessary repairs to the work for a year. Also, they answered my questions about the expected lifespan of the coating material they used.

Ed responded quickly and did a quality job within two days of my call. He explained the problem, took pictures, corrected the problem and was pleasant throughout. A real pro.

Ed was really customer oriented and delivered fast service. After the roof repair it seem like the roof coating had splattered onto my backyard furniture (windy day), I mentioned that to Ed and he offered right away to come back and clean up the mess. Very happy with that. Will used again if needed.

I had a very small job. Three pieces of vinyl siding were loosened by the wind. Ed arrived within three hours and did the repair immediately. I would definitely hire him again.

Initially Ed had to postpone the visit for the estimate but he called in advance to reschedule. He started the project immediately after providing the estimate and finished as promised, doing an impeccable job. Not only was he conscientious and prompt, Ed's price beat the other contractors that had provided quotes and included additional service that they did not.On top of the quality of the work, he was a truly a pleasure to do business with. I definitely would recommend him to others and would consider him for future projects.

Working with Edward was wonderful. He has a genuine interest in trying to find and fix roof leak problems (unlike many who would prefer to sell you a new roof) and he's GREAT at it!
