Description of Work: Pressure clean back of house and deck, cleaned and repaired loose cutters.

Description of Work: We did not use Mr. Kelbie. However, please note that he was very prompt with scheduling the visit for the estimate, arrived on date and time he promised. We chose to do the work ourselves as the price was more than we anticipated.

Description of Work: New roof.

Description of Work: Mr. Kelbie did a complete roof inspection of my townhouse under his $199 special advertised on Angies list. There was no additional charge for my situation ( the roof is three stories high and not easily walked on because of the steep slope. He refastened some loose shingles, took digital pictures of some caulking that was cracking around some of the vent pipes, recaulked the pipes. and took additional pictures to show what he had done. While on the roof he also cleaned out some debris in one of the gutters( which is not normally part of the inspection package). Overall, I was very pleased with the job and his professionalism. I would deffinitely recommend him for future work
