They were on time and professional. I would recommend them and they did a good job.

I called on a Saturday and they took my information. They called me back Monday morning to let me know they would be coming out sometime during the week, weather permitting. They called again first thing Tuesday morning to let me know they were on their way. As I did not have to be home for the service, I was already at work. They called me back within an hour to let me know what they had found and fixed. When I had called and described the problem, they quoted $250. $250 was the final bill even with the replacement shingles. All work was done timely and well. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was professional and friendly. The following night we had a torrential rain and wind storm and all was well with the roof. They were excellent. I'd call them again for any other problems and I recommend them!

Came out within a couple of days of initial call (had to wait for appropriate weather conditions). Gave me a phone estimate (the minimum $250) and told me they would be out within the next few days, weather permitting. Representative on the phone said they would also check out the condition of the roof & gutters. Came home from work a couple days later, saw the work had been performed and received the bill a few days later). The entire process was very convenient and hassle free.

From the first phone call, they were professional all the way. They explained on the phone that to come out and do any repair would be $250; if the flat fee couldn't cover the job, they would give us an estimate to approve before they started any major work. In less than a week, they sent two men who both went up on the roof, replaced the pipe collars, and hammered away for about 2 hours and checked everything. They answered all of my questions so I understood what they were doing, and they reassured me that even though the house is 16 years old, the roof was in fine shape and it didn't need replacing. I was relieved because I had braced myself for a huge expense. It turns out everything they did fit into the $250 flat fee! 2 men, 2 hours on the roof, parts and materials, only $250. A great deal from my perspective and no more leaking and water damage!

After a few days of constant rain, brown water spots had formed on the ceiling of an upstairs bedroom. I assumed it was a leak in the roof and went about searching for an honest and reliable roofing company (there are easier endeavors in life). After reading positive reviews about Economic Roofing Company, Inc. on Angie's List I decided to contact them and make an appointment. The office staff was professional and friendly and they allowed me to choose the appointment date and time that I wanted. The company sent out two of their men who arrived on time and were also very professional and friendly. They discovered that the leak was the result of three nails holes in the roof and two plumbing vent pipe collars that required sealing. They also gave my entire roof a quick inspection for any other problems. This was done in approx. 30 minutes. The company will come out and give you an estimate for free. If you choose for them to make the repair there is a $250 minimum charge.

Employees from Economic Roofing came by within a few hours on Saturday. They inspected the roof and found that the leak was caused by an old satellite installation that had not been sealed properly. They also found that the attic fan was not properly installed. Both items were taken care of within an hour and within the $250 by the two workmen.

I like that they know what they are doing and they identified the problem right away. They do really good work for the money that I paid. They charged me a 250 dollar house call fee plus 650 for the repairs.

It was a superb job done with total competence and speed. I could not have been more impressed with that. Not only that, but once I'd signed the contract, they sent some folk to take a final look at the job, and those people told us we didn't absolutely have to install an entirely new roof right now -- that we could repair it for far less money, and the current roof would last a few more years! Who ever heard of such a thing? They volunteered this information! Amazing honesty. We decided to go ahead with the roof because we were afraid that a.) costs would go up significantly in a few years and b.) we didn't want to lose the chance to have such an admirable company do the work for us.

Contacted company and they told me they would come out for a repair. If the repair was under $250 they would perform it and charge me, if it was over they would leave an estimate on my door. I never found an estimate so I didn't know if they had been out - but I got one in the mail 3 days later. Process was a little cumbersome, I had to sign the estimate and fax or mail it back. No personal conversations with anybody - that was my only complaint. They told me somebody would call back to schedule the repair - nobody did. 5 days later I came home from work to find the roof repaired. Received the expected bill a few days later. Overall they did excellent, timely work. I feel they could work to make the customer feel a little more involved, however. I still give them an A!

Superbly. We downsized to a smaller home last fall, keeping the old home because it needed "fixing up" before putting on the market. Procrastination put us in the position of needing work done rapidly to get the house ready for summer sale. I contacted several of the A rated Angie's List companies, all were courteous, professional and relatively responsive, but Economic was the only company that really responded to the urgency I indicated. The "sales" person interviewed me as to what we wanted and went to the house without my needing to take off work or arrange for an evening meeting. They advised me of the timing of their estimate visit and when they would call back with the information. It was within about 2-3 days and they sent an excellent brochure detailing choices of materials out with the written estimate the same day. They were prepared to start the work immediately but I chose a non-stock shingle which delayed them 10 days. They started as scheduled, did a rapid good job.

Got estimate (0ne of three) in timely fashion. Other two estimates were $5,700, one itemized and one just a number. Economic Roofing's estimate was $4,649 plus options that totaled to $5,700 plus new skylight at $450. I selected options that with the skylight totaled $5,191. In less than two weeks, I got a call that they would arrive at 8:30 the next morning to start the job. They arrived on time, went right to work and by 5:30 the job was done, including clean-up. They installed tarpaulins from the roof edges to protect our shrubs and deck. The foreman took pictures during the job to document the work and I received pictures of the damaged plywood with my itemized bill. All in all a satisfactory experience.

Estimate went very well; salesman was very professional and demonstrated knowledge of the business. He didn't push us to buy extra line items that weren't necessary for our type of roof. Their price was very good and they don't mark up supplies (e.g. planks/plywood) as much as some other companies. They provided addresses of past jobs to help us select shingle colors. Work was completed within two weeks of signed contract. Workers were very polite and clean, and they wore safety harnesses. Upon completion of work, photos of the process were provided with the invoice.

Economic did the work exactly to my specifications in an extremely timely fashion. They cleaned up completely after themselves.

We wanted to get our wind damaged roof repaired ASAP, as it was supposed to rain/snow the next day. We called Economic Roofing, and they were happy to come out right away. There was a $250 minimum charge per job, which we were happy to pay, particularly if it could be done the same day. As promised, two very nice workers arrived at our home and began work. They were finished within an hour or so and the house looked as if nothing had ever happened. I even asked them to repair another small, unrelated area, which they did at no extra cost. We were billed within the next few days, and everything was settled.

Company copied wrong phone number from my initial call, but representative, Tony Hines, persevered and came to the house to make an estimate. He was thorough and explained the problems clearly. He sent a quote within a short time. After I accepted the quote, Tony showed up within days with another worker. The job was finished quickly and efficiently. It has been about 45 days and several rains since the repair and there does not appear to be any leaking. The company sent a bill for exactly what was quoted.

THIS COMPANY WAS GREAT. ONE THING THAT BOTHERED ME WAS THEY HAVE AN APPRAISAL FEE AND IF YOU DONT USE THEIR SERVICES, THEY CHARGE THAT. BUT I WAS HAPPY WITH THEM. THEY MADE SURE TO CLEAN EVERYTHING UP.

THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL IN ALL FACETS OF THEIR TRADE. RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING, FROM THE ESTIMATE TO FINISH THEY WERE PROMPT & DID A DETAILED JOB, EVEN OVER & ABOVE WHAT WAS CALLED FOR! I AM VERY PLEASED THAT I EMPLOYED THEM!!

I WAS SATISFIED. THEY CLEANED UP ALL OF THEIR MESS. THEY WORKED WITHIN THE GIVEN TIME FRAME. THEY ALSO PROVIDED US A FREE ESTIMATE AND FINISHED WITHIN THE ESTIMATE.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. THEY WERE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT I THINK THAT THE KIND OF JOB I WANTED DONE WAS AN EXPENSIVE JOB.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, THEY ARE WORTH REFERRING TO SOMEONE. I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND CLEANED UP AFTERWARD. I REALLY LIKE THEM.
