They charged me $250 to put caulk in some holes in the roof. When that didn't solve the problem, they charged me another $250 to seal more things and replace a vent pipe collar (which I suspect did not need to be replaced). However, these fixes seemed to work and the leak was fixed until the hurricane. The leak recurred in the same place. I guess their patch didn't hold. I will be using a different company and see if they are any better at repairing leaks permanently.

They did an excellent work. They put a lot of people on the job and got it done in a few hours. They cleaned up. The only complaint I had was their pricing. Other than that it was a quality workmanship.

Economic Roofing personnel called before arriving, and arrived promptly. They examined the roof and fixed all the problems, which were minor. I asked "how much" and the answer was "No charge"!

They had a fair price. We think that they are an excellent company. We have used them before. Their quotes are competitive, and they do what they quote us for.

They did an excellent job. They were cost-competitive. I was quite pleased with them. They did the job that I wanted them to do. I didn't have quite as much luck with another roofer that I used for my parents' house.

The interaction with them was pretty good. They took a little while to get back to me about giving the estimate. Once they called to schedule, the process was pretty quick. They did a good, detailed job. The estimate had every detail on it.

They were very professional and thorough. I was impressed with the gentleman that gave us the estimate and the price was reasonable, but we ended up using a different company.

I was really happy with them. I was prepared to get a whole new roof . I had other roofers tell me that it could not be fixed. As soon as this guy saw it he said "there is your window and there is your problem and I can fix it" and he fixed it. If I had gotten the whole new roof it wouldn't have fixed the problem. I was super happy with their work.

This experience with this company was awful and have told others to never use them.

They came on time and gave me the estimate in paper in a couple of days. They were one of the only companies that went up the roof and inspected it before trying to sell me the roof. I had to leave before they came down from the roof, so I don't know whether the sales person is high pressure. I hired another company soly for the cheaper price.

The service was excellent. The response time may have been due to the fact that many people were having their roof repaired at that time. My husband keeps telling all of his colleagues about this company. They have done other work for us, as well.

So far, I am very satisfied. The job is pretty new, but the job looks good, the roof hasn't shown any evidence of leaks. Aside from the general quality of the job, I really appreciated that this contractor: -- Showed up on time, every time -- Always called before arriving -- Was very honest, performing the work they said they would do, at the price they said they would do it for -- Only performed essential work - no "surprise" costs -- Treated me and my home with the utmost respect -- Left my yard CLEANER than it was before they arrived. No kidding. The only cost not explicitly anticipated in the proposal was $48 to replace one sheet of damaged plywood, and there is no doubt in my mind that the plywood had to be replaced if the job was to be done right. I highly recommend this company!

They noted a couple of conditions that needed to be addressed and provided me with information. However, I did not receive a cost proposal for the work until 8/3/09, and this was only after I had called their office to request that they send me the proposal. Additionally, they were higher in price than another company that I think is also qualified to do the job. As a side note, they had previously patched my roof at a reasonable cost. The only real problem I had was the long wait to get a quotation from them.

I told them where and authorized the work. When I came home it was done and looked good.

They were neat, clean, courteous, reliable, and efficient.

Two trips a year apart to fix the same roof leak around a pipe. First time was a quick patch job, roof leaked again in 12 months. Second time was more thorough, and they found work that had apparently been done incorrectly several years before by another firm, but they missed it the first time. I don't know yet whether this second job will hold for more than another 12 months. They give no warranty on smaller jobs like mine. The second crew that came seemed more careful and conscientious than the first crew. Quality control could be better.

Economic roofing was extremely responsive and sent an estimate out within 3 days, they reviewed the different materials to be used with us, as well as how they install roofs. Economic Roofing also worked with us to select a color by providing a list of houses in our area that had the different color options we were interested in so we could see them installed to make the final selection. During the time the work was supposed to be done there were several days of rain and they contacted us each day in the morning to let us know if they were going to be able to do the work that day. The day the work was done the crew arrived on time and they tarped off the bushes to protect them. The workmen were neat and orderly and the foreman photographed the work as the progressed. The work was completed within one day as promised and the yard was extremely clean when they left, they even left an extra bundle of shingles for our use in the future.

Requested estimates early in June 2008, got Economic's site visit within ten days. While waiting for both mailed estimates, replaced vertical slats myself and painted. Reviewed both estimates and decided to work with Economic. Sickness and death in my family intervened. Called to clarify that all three metal roofs were to be painted, as requested. Scott Pettit said he would send clarified proposal the next day. Not received. Left a series of messages over three weeks. No response. Called back and asked for his supervisor. Explained lack of clarification and poor response and discussed the job. His boss apologized and said he'd get a corrected/clarified proposal out the next day. Still waiting on for that on 18 Sept. 2008.

They came and and did the work the same day. So far the work has been good. No problems.

I got their name because they were highly rated on Angie's List and contacted them for an estimate. Their estimator Aron showed up promptly, said I didn't need to be there, and we discussed his assessment on the phone while he was at the house. He then submitted a very comprehensive proposal, which was the lowest of the three bids I received (though they were all in a close range, which led me to think I was getting about the right price) and by far the most complete and detailed. I accepted the proposal, and they do not require any down payment at all, just full payment immediately after the job was complete. There were some slight hassles in scheduling the work, partly because I had to go out of town, then all of a sudden the shingles arrived, the scheduler called, and they showed up and did the work when they said they would, completing it in just over a day, exactly as the estimator had said. Everything was completely cleaned up and there was no debris left around. The next day they called, we arranged for payment, they provided a written warranty and receipt and a sheaf of pictures they had taken during the work so I could see the underlying conditions, where they'd had to replace a couple of sheets of wood, etc. I would definitely use these guys again.

This was the first time we had used their services. They kept to their estimate, were good at communicating when they would be there and when they would be done. They were professional and did a great job cleaning up afterward. It was a good value for the services provided.

I received an estimate from the company, which was fairly close to the actual amount paid. It should be noted that the company could not give me a firm estimate because it did not know how much wood would need to be replaced until the work actually started. Accordingly, I expected the final price to be somewhat higher than the estimate. After receiving the estimate, I sent in a 1/3 deposit to get the work started. When the company received the check, however, I did not hear from them (even after they cashed the check -- which caused me some concern). When I called, I quickly got a call back from the owner of the company, and the work started fairly soon thereafter. The work was done very professionally and neatly. This company really does a good job keeping a very neat work site. The house looks great! Although I was skeptical about getting this work done, I am glad that I did. Hopefully, there will be far less maintenance for years to come. The company did provide me a 10-year warranty, which gives me confidence that I will not have to do any more trim painting and caulking. I would recommend this company to others looking for a company to do cladding and siding.

We called several places for estimates on installing a missing piece of flashing on our roof and Economic Roofing had the lowest price. When we called to set up for them to come and install it, the woman on the phone, Jo, pulled up our address and noted that the previous owners of the home had gotten the roof replaced by them in 2004. Still under warranty, they came out the very next day and replaced the flashing! Obviously, these guys are extremely helpful with their clients and are willing to go the extra mile for you! She could have just kept me oblivious to the work the previous owners had done since we had no documentation. The roofer called about an hour before arriving and was very nice and professional. He confirmed with me that the color of flashing was okay, and then perform the job. He was quick and let me know how it went when he was done. It was only by chance that we happened to find they previously installed our roof. We were going to use them anyway, based on the estimate and their quick response back to us. Overall, great experience and we are definitely going to use them in the future for our roofing needs.
