We won’t pretend we can clean your carpet for $9.95 per room or some super low price. We wouldn’t be able to stay in business, and we’re not going to use an unrealistic rate to get into your door and then pressure you into services you don’t need or want. We will offer our service at very reasonable rates, have monthly specials, and have a great referral program for our customers who would feel comfortable recommending our service to others. Description of Work: We called for furniture cleaning (a large couch and a large chair w/ottoman) and he arrived on time and was in and out within an hour. Some stains didn't come out (we didn't expect them all to) but 95% of them did. He was nice, professional and very responsive. Will definitely be using them again since we have a dog that enjoys dirtying the couch.

My spouse called to schedule the service after purchasing the coupon. Made appointment for the service in mid-November. On the day of the service, the crew called my spouse 15 minutes after the appointment time and claimed that they showed up and nobody was home (I was home). They claimed they would not come back, and that we would need to speak to the manager. Calls and messages to the manager were not returned. Finally, 3 weeks later, I received a txt message claiming that I would need to try and call the manager again after January 1. I tried the manager again, and got the same runaround. Finally, I contacted Amazon Local and thankfully, they intervened. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The seem to be in the coupon selling business, not the carpet cleaning business.

I don't usually go around and call a customer a liar but this person is a liar. First of all I called when on the way, left a message to say I was on the way as I did not get a voice response. I had a few jobs in Annapolis and they were first so I went anyways. I arrived at 9:15 am and rang the door bell. No answer. So I called again and a lady answered and said her husband should be there. So I knocked and rang the bell, no answer. I called back and told her the situation, she called his cell phone and no answer. I told right then that I will wait 15 minutes then I have to go. I called back to tell her I was leaving and got no answer so I left a message. Later that day she called to immediately try to reschedule, no explanation and no apology as to why no one showed up. This was an amazon local deal and on the voucher it clearly states that if no one shows up for the appointment then you lose the voucher. And amazon local actually sided with me. Also the customer is saying she talked to a manager? I'm an owner/operator, meaning I answer the phones and do the work and she knows this.

The owner came out and did the work himself. This is a true professional company.I have used others in the past but was never nearly as satasfied when after this guy left my house. My carpets dried in about 3 hours. They use truck mounted equipment, not the cheap portable rentals so many companies use today I actually saw STEAM! They a;so used a Rotovac power scrubber on 1 room which was heavily soiled. I will use these guys again in the future and referred them to my mother.
