Description of Work: I called contractor on May 7 and got a call back on May 8. I wanted to obtain estimate for interior painting (walls, trim and ceilings) at my home to include 2 story foyer & stairs, 2 hallways, Dining room*, Living Room*, and SunRoom* (* rooms have cathedral and vaulted ceilings). The contractor's rep abruptly advised it would take 10 days or more to set an estimate appt. and if estimate was acceptabable, there earliest scheduling availability would be more than 2 months after estimate is accepted - in other words wait two&half to 3 months before they could work. The rep said they are on a big project and cannot schedule any work for months. |Interestingly ...this contractor is advertising on Angies List a "deal" for the next six months. I think it is odd that Angies List is promoting this contractor's "deal" extending six months. Does Angie's "deal" work make the contractor unaavailable to other customers? How are they abole to advertise/book deals when they are unable to schedule work for until several months from now? I was very disappointed.

Description of Work: I used this company to do some interior painting two months prior. They did such a great job, and were so professional, that I had them do some exterior work (power wash and paint two deck areas). Joel is very accommodating and easy to work with. He understood what I needed and and gave me a detailed list of the paints I needed for the interior job. His men worked hard and steady, were conscientious and did a great job both times. Joel himself came out to power wash my decks, because he knew I was concerned about our water pressure holding up (we are on a well). I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: They were punctual and very professional. Although we had a little problem in communication with spanish being their primary language, they were very patient and helpful. I had to go out and purchase paint 3 times while they were present and they were just great about it. They were open to my opinion and the outcome was great!

Description of Work: I hired the company believing that I was getting professional painters. I was unhappy to hear when the individual coming to paint was not one of the family members I was told that the business was strictly run by, nor that he had any supplies - paint roller, paint brush, drop clothes, etc. I believed that I was hiring a professional company who knew to bring these items, not to even think to ask the customer for them. The gentleman, while nice was an individual from a South American country who was still learning English and he was sent alone, so communication was hard. All this malarkey and only the walls, no trim or ceilings on just two rooms, not to mention the fact that I later found paint on my kitchen cabinets - the kitchen not being one of the rooms painted, and I still needed to pay above what I thought the offer was to cover. I will not be recommending or hiring this company again.
