Description of Work: Just an FYI that this company is soliciting business to redo driveways and the like. Given the horrible work they did on my roof, I didn't choose them to do business. If you hear the name "Dan Carroll III" run away as fast as you can.

+ -1 moreThere were problems with the roof from the beginning. After the install the area where the flat part of my roof met the sloped part started leaking. I asked them to come out and fix it, but they did nothing. I ended up paying money later, but still the leaking continued. When I hired another contractor to fix the problem, they discovered that DC Discount Roofing had installed their roof over the existing roof (no faith in their own work) and that the plywood they had put it had soaked up so much water that it was the consistency of oatmeal (I saw this first hand). The contractor ended up having to replace both sections of flat roof only 4 years after DC Discount Roofings installation.
Description of Work: I was having trouble with the two flat parts of my roof leaking. I contracted with this company to have them replace these two parts of the roof. FYI, DC refers to the owner's initials (Dan Carroll), not the District of Columbia. They are the only company with this name located in Columbia (to the best of my knowledge).
