They did an excellent job. The only issue was the young ladies did not speak English very well. However they were very polite. I speak a little, but my wife got a little frustrated at times. Not a deal breaker! She just pointed and they seemed to understand! We let Danny know. She said next time just call the office to help.

The ladies who cleaned were hard working, professional and very thorough. Danny sets expectations up front. We never had a problem with the team and they were always punctual and polite. We moved out of the area but would hire them again and recommend them to my family.

Her quotes were very high. She was very unresponsive. Found she had some bad reviews online, and when I asked her about it, she got really combative, and refunded us, and terminated our contract.

I contacted Danielle about a one-time cleaning of my house including cleaning of the air ducts, shampooing the carpet and upholstery, and washing both inside and outside of windows. I was going to set up everything for later in the week but I found out on Monday that I needed to have everything done by Wednesday. I spoke to Danielle on Monday and, because of the short notice, we agreed to skip the windows and the upholstery - however, she said that they could do everything else on the next day, Tuesday. Two cleaners arrived Tuesday afternoon and worked quite diligently to get everything done. The person who did the airducts and the carpet came about 5:00pm and did a good job of cleaning the air ducts and shampooing the carpet - he was there until about 8:30 and finished everything. Originally I wanted thide 2 things done first but we couldn't do it that way because of the last-minute time frame. Everybody was very accomodating about getting everything done at the last minute and they did a good job. As a result, I will be using Danny's Cleaning Service on a regular basis ecery other week.
