Cleaning

My first experience in a three bedroom apartment was good - some spots remained - but in fairness the carpet was in bad shape. Moved into a 4200 square foot home got all carpet and 22 chairs cleaned - given an excellent price - talk of how this would continue to be an ongoing service at least twice a year - steps in high traffic areas had to be redone - requested he come back to re-clean two chairs that were soiled during an even that I would of course pay to have cleaned - hung up on me - wouldn't return calls - rude - sarcastic commentary - just awful and disrespectful - its nice to know in this economy that business owners can afford to be so callous with longstanding and potentially long-lasting customers. Just awful - thought he was a nice young man starting a business - but youth and immaturity will not serve him well in the future if he continues to treat his customers in this way. Even with a tremendous discount on multiple items I would NEVER - NEVER use him again. Even if my carpet was filthy and the President was due to pay me a visit the next day -I would NOT use him even if he offered to do it for free - NEVER - just awful
