Chuck's Gutter Cleaning Service

Chuck responded to my inquiry quickly. He did a survey first and we set the price and schedule. He showed up on time and performed the cleaning service.

Quick reply time to my request for a service appt. Cleaned up debris after unclogging gutters. Flushed gutters and downspouts after cleaning them out. Definitely recommend!! I also tipped them for being so accomodating and giving me service same day i talked to them.

I called Chuck on 11/30/17 and his crew came to my house several hours later. They did a good job. They were very neat. They put the debris that they removed from my gutters into a bag.

He even found a couple things the he alerted us too. He seemed very knowledgeable. They were very cheerful, and punctual. The price was very reasonable. This was my first time using this company, and will defiantly be using again.

Great! Chuck swung by and texted me an estimate. We agreed on a price and date. He and his helper came a few days later and cleaned and washed down the gutter and downspouts.

Unfortunately, no one ever contacted me.

I called Chuck on Wednesday. He said that he could clean my gutters on Friday. He called me on Friday to say that he was busy with another job and would not be able to come to my house until Saturday. He apologized for not being able to come on Friday. He and his crew cleaned the gutters very quickly. They were very neat. They removed all the leaves, pine needles, and debris from the gutters. I had no clean up to do after they left. I asked Chuck for a receipt. He did not have one with him. He asked me to send him an email. Finally, after two emails and a phone call I was able to get a receipt from Chuck.

They did a great job and were careful. It took a couple of calls to pin down when he was actually coming but once we committed he was there on time with a really professional small crew. The windows are spotless and they were careful with ladders. I will definitely bring Chuck back for regular cleanings.

They fixed the downspout fast. The other was out of their area and in the area of my landscapers. I called them and they were same day like plumbers. That really impressed me. Wish I could give higher than an A for that. Inexpensive too.

Chuck came within his two hour window (on a very hot day in July), removed the debris, and flushed with water. He cleaned up and removed any mess he made. Polite; on time; competent.

He did a great job. Came in the morning to give an estimate and back around 2:30 to do the job. He used a blower to clean debris off the roof and ran water thru the gutters to clean debris out. He had me walk around the house to see if water was coming thru OK. We had screen type gutter covers and fine material had sifted thru. He was able to work with that and did a great job.

Chuck was responsive by phone and email in setting up the gutter cleaning. He provided a quote within hours of my first call, and after I sent an email asking him to perform the cleaning, scheduled the appointment for two days later. It was a relief, since it is so late in the season!

I emailed Chuck Tuesday evening. Another company was scheduled to clean my gutters Tuesday afternoon, but they did not show up. Chuck emailed me to say that he would clean my gutters after 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday. He and a helper arrived at my house at 4:10 p.m. on Wednesday and quickly cleaned my gutters. They were neat. They put all the leaves, pine needles, and debris from the gutter into a plastic bag. I had no cleaning up to do after they left.

I called Chuck and requested an estimate. He came to my house several hours later and gave me an estimate. I called him a day or two later and he came to my house about an hour later to clean the gutters. He and his helper cleaned the gutters very quickly. They were very neat. They put all the leaves and debris from the gutter in a plastic bag and took it away with them. I did not have any cleaning up to do after they left.

He did a good job. He placed a hose at the far end of the gutter to help with the cleaning and to note that the gutter was clean and that the water went down the downspout. I asked that all the work be done from a ladder without walking on my roof which has 30 year shingles, 30 year felt paper, and new replacement plywood. He agreed to do that for $100 instead of the usual price. I considered it money well spent. He did the same good work in September 2014 and December 2013.

They did a very god job. He was thorough. He and his team worked very well together and were very efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.

I did not hear any complaints bad so they must of done a great job. They have reasonable prices. They cleaned up everything when they were done. They were punctual and did what they said they would. We will use them again.

They arrived to inspect the gutters and told me all about the problems, but never returned to complete the work.

I called for my gutters over flowing with water Chuck came out a couple days later and climbed up on my very tall roof to clean my gutters perfectly.
