Description of Work: The representative gave me an honest assessment of what needed to be done with my roof - nothing at that time! I appreciated his candor. He also suggested people I could call for chimney repair. I was very impressed with his professionalism and honesty and would recommend this company highly.

Description of Work: today February 7, 2012 The Roofer was to show up at my home between 10:00 - 10:30 By 11:15 no one showed up NO ONE phoned to say ,,,,,,sorry I'm running late...or sorry can we rescedule. I am very flexiable...however I will not do business with a person who shows NO RESPONSIBILITY. At 11:16 I phoned the office to tell Keri, the receptionist, I was not interested to do business w/ an irresponsible person. Keri, did phone back at 11:30 to tell me her boss just phoned to tell her ....he is sick !!!!!!! I work w/the public when I am sick..... I call all of my appointments early in the morning if I need to cancel. So there is my experience with this company! nancylee campion

Description of Work: The company is very professional and the price was nice. They provide a very comprehensive package for their customers to review. I did not choose this company just because of the nice deal on a 35-year product and the number of years of guarantee on the workmanship of another company. Otherwise, this company would have been my choice.

Description of Work: We just purchased our house and knew the roof might need to be replace within a few years. We didn't want to go through a another bad winter and worry about the roof. Plus, the materials used now are much better at insulating. So we figured we couldn't go wrong replacing it sooner rather than later. Getting someone to do the estimate was a bit trying. I had to call a few times. I suppose everyone is trying to get their roof done in the summer though. The final estimate was sent to me via email, which was nice because I could easily send my husband the details during the work day. The new roof, gutters, and skylight were installed in one day. The crew came early and stayed till after 6pm. They cleaned up after, and the cost came in right around the estimate. I think it may have been an extra $60 to replace a piece of plywood--not a biggie.) I received a call after asking if we were happy with the work, which was a nice touch. Jim was very nice through the whole process though and very easy to talk to.
