A representative came out measure each roof (three porch roofs included) and provided an estimate.

From the start, everything about this job went smoothly. The first time I called, I got to speak with a real live Human Being! What a pleasant surprise. The assistant I spoke with, got all the pertenant details about my job, and said someone would contact me soon to set up an appointment for an estimate. As promised, I was contacted, set up an estimate and then met with Tom Keehn, shortly after. Mr. Kheen was very polite, informative, and professional, and gave me a computer generated custom estimate, including various options on the spot. He left some brochures and color selection guides and promised he would start my job within seven days of my approval of the contract. His crew worked hard and completed the job in one day and left my property cleaner, than when they started. They paid attention to every detail about the job and performed beyond my expectations.

It went well. The material was delivered to the work site several days before the work began; the workers arrived timely and completed the work within the day, as promised; they also did a magnificent job of cleaning up the work site. A couple of things are worth mentioning. I manage home maintenance and repair matters for my elderly mother. I live in one jurisdiction and my mother in another. Mr. Keehn, the company owner, worked with me around the logistics of me needing to be on-site during the roofing as my mother becomes agitated around strangers. His willingness to accommodate this situation meant a lot to me. I obtained estimates from two contractor's from Angie's list. Though this contractor was significantly more expensive than the other one (+20%), what distinguished Certified was all the up front info (e.g. copy of insurance, licenses, etc.)provided and its membership in the BBB. The other company was not a BBB member.

These guys did a great job. Estimate "package" included references, comparison worksheet, certifications, etc. Tom Keehn was exceedingly patient in answering questions. From authorizing the job it took about a week for our roof to be completed. Their crew worked one short day (rain was forecast for the afternoon) and one long day. I had no idea what a mess roof removal was but Certified cleaned everything this up (down to using a leaf blower to clean off each outside window sills) until there was virtually no trace that they had been there. New roof looks great. It was a real pleasure doing business these folks. They are very good at what they do.

Although I have a very large roof, they were able to complete the roof in just 2 days. The crew was really nice and respectful of my property. Unlike may crews, they seemed to enjoy what they were doing and worked well as a team. I asked the foreman how long he had been with the company and he said 10 years. I think that's probably pretty unusual and it says something about the management and the company. All work was completed to my satisfaction and I have already raved about this contractor to several of my friends. The price was reasonable given the amount of work and materials used. I had one other bid from a well known company which was $7000 more for the same work.

Overall it went very well. Tom responded quickly to my request for an estimate. His price was competitive. They completed the work quickly and cleaned up well afterwards.

Received several estimates from different companies. The estimate from certified was not the lowest, however, I was very impressed with their professionalism. They were able to get to the job in a reasonable amount of time. They performed the job in an acceptable manner and sent a bill. However, they forgot to deduct the Angie's discount. After reminding them, they asked me to deduct the discount amount. I would definitely consider this company for another job.

Very polite from beginning to end. Good sales presentation. Work done on time. This company is a pleasure to work with.

It was great. Very little disruption. Everything was done on schedule. Clean up great. Job was completed in 2 days. The price did not change. No surprises. They also honored my Angie's List coupon.

Overall they did a good job. I had a few issues as the project progressed. No one at the job site spoke English, so I could not communicate effectively when they made mistakes. I don't think that is a good idea. At least have one person who speaks English to deal with the customer. I am waiting for a couple of small details to be completed. The roof in general looks great. They did a good job of roofing, unlike the roof that was on the house before, I expect to get many years from this roof.

Mr. Keehn came in person to do the initial estimate, explain the work, and answer questions. He was professional, precise, and gave us a computer generated contract before he left. His workmen arrived on the day scheduled and completed the job on time. They looked after all the plantings around the house as they worked and left the site spotless when they finished. The job they did was first class.

Tom Keene (the sales representative) was extremely prompt to follow up to my preliminary inquiry and provide a complete and detailed estimate, including all options. The price quoted was very competitive (we have a large home), and he was not at all pushy. They were able to start the project very quickly, and although it did take a little longer to complete the work due to some weather-related (rain) delays, Tom always called me to notify me of any changes in schedule, so that there were never any surprises. They had a 5-6 man crew onsite every day, and at the end of each workday, this same crew spent a good 15-20 minutes cleaning up any trash or nails they could find. In addition, the crew worked from early in the morning to almost sunset in order to complete the job as quickly as possible. The final result is a gorgeous roof at a very competitive price and delivered in the time promised. I could not be more pleased.

Certified Was excellent. They completed the job quickly and neatly. I would consider them strongly if I ever need a roof.

After a serious storm we noticed a tree branch had punctured our flat roof. Certified sent someone the next day to examine the roof and explain what needed to be done. They repaired the damage, inspected for further problems, went over the entire roof for additional minor problems, re-caulked all areas and then showed us what they did. Certified replaced the roof on the house we bought a few years ago and have been great about maintaining the warranty. They have been very dependable, great in emergencies, and friendly. We will continue to use them when problems arise and have recommended them to our friends.

The Company gave me the best price of three estimates. Their representative, Mr Tom Keehn was helpful and professional. The workers completed the job in a day and a half. The crew chief was responsive to my questions and concerns. The cleanup was excellent. A good experience all-around.

THIS COMPANY IS OUTSTANDING. IT IS A FAMILY-OWNED BUSINESS, AND I FELT WE COULD TOTALLY TRUST THEM. THE WORKERS WERE PROMPT, AND THEY WORKED VERY HARD. THEY LEFT OUR PROPERTY FREE OF ALL DEBRIS. THE OWNER INSPECTED THE JOB.

OUR CONTACT WITH THE SALESMAN TOM KEEHN WAS VERY PLEASANT, AND HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS, CONCERNS AND QUESTIONS. THE WORK WAS DONE EFFICIENTLY AND IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND THE COMPANY DID A SUPERB JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTERWARDS.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK PERFORMED BY CERTIFIED. AT THE TIME, OUR WORK WAS PERFORMED, IT WAS CERTIFIED'S POLICY THAT PAYMENT WAS NOT DUE UNTIL THE JOB WAS COMPLETED TO OUR SATISFACTION. THE STAFF WAS ATTENTIVE TO OUR REQUESTS AND LEFT THE EXTERIOR OF OUR HOME CLEAN OF ANY DEBRIS AND NAILS.
