At the time I was never more pleased with a job. They cleaned up after themselves and they showed up on time. Subsequently, I have wanted them to check the roof out. They were a little delayed in coming out. We realized one of the exhaust vents was not properly sealed and was leaking. They did come back out and fix it though.

They did not rush things and were concerned about safety. They tie in to the ridge line. The quality of the work was exceptional. Their response time is really quick.

It was excellent. They were by far the best company of all the companies I looked into. The crew that came in were very good. They were quick and professional.

The price was competitive with other companies in the area. The workmanship was good, and they did what it took to get the job done on time. They were cautious and professional.

I thought that they were great. They did a very good job. They got the job done in one day. They stuck with the price they gave me. I thought that they were just excellent.

Overall, I would like them 9.5 out of 10!! No deposit was requested. I was not asked to confirm my Angie's List membership and they wrote up the discount without the coupon. The master shingler took off his shoes before coming into the house, and he was not asked to do that. He described the process, the warranty, the materials, the time it would take, and provided a comparison table where I could compare Certified to other estimates. I completed the comparison table on my own, signed the contract the next day, materials were delivered to the house and the roof, and if it were not raining, the job would have been completed before Labor Day. When I called the other companies to let them know they were not picked for the job, they tried to discourage me by bad mouthing Certified. I'm glad I did not accept that. My roof looks very good, and the heavy rain we had on Sept. 5 and 6 tells me that the roof and skylight are good. One last thing, Certified offered 2 free sheets of plywood if they found the present wood to be in bad shape. The other 2 companies would have charged $55 for each replacement board used, and I needed two. Thanks to Certified.

They were here within five days of placing the order, and finished the job in one day. They did a great job. I really liked that they let me pay with my credit card through the receptionist. They never asked me for a down payment. And they sent me a gift card after the work was done.

I talked with 3 roofing companies based on Angie's List recommendations. I felt comfortable that I would get good service from all, but this company stood out in pricing and its professional approach to the job. The contract laid out all of the work they would do and left very little for me to question. They were at the house on time, were careful in their work, and left no signs of having been there but a great new roof. The roofing was done with two infants snoozing a floor below. My only little issue was whether they have the best gutter guard system. But it was right priced for our needs. I would also be sure to ask for the gutters to be flushed before adding any gutter guards. (I didn't ask them to do that but it probably should have been raised.)
