Juan and his team did a fantastic job of stripping several layers of old roof and disposing of the debris in a professional manner despite the high winds that day. They paid close professional attention to a cracked beam that required repair and also identified other areas of rotted wood that required replacement, leaving me with the satisfaction that underlying problems had all been addressed (at no extra charge) before the new roof was placed on. The final product looks great and the team did a good job of cleaning up at the conclusion of the project. Very satisfied!

Excellent work. They came to my house the day after the storm and did an emergency tarping. They helped with my insurance company and got me the necessary amount to do the full repair. They had installed the roof about 5 years ago and I would recommend them to anyone.

All went well. A few shingles flew off the roof before the major wind storm in early March 2018. Afterwards, many more shingles were gone. Called Certified, completed the service request form, and within a few days a crew stopped by to put a tarp on the roof; then in another few days the shingles were replaced. Very satisfied with their work.

The job went mostly according to plan. The price seemed fair. The business owner: - was easy to deal with - promptly answered questions and delivered the job contract - was easy to contact at the home office and online The crew: - showed up on time as scheduled - was good to work with - the crew leader spoke good English so there were no communications problems - workers were all very nice guys - worked continuously and briskly The completed roof: - was done well within the expected time period - is what we contracted for and expected - looks good The cleanup - looked scary at first but actually was very good - only one nail left on the entire site The only anomaly on the job was: - the roofing materials got delivered without warning a few days before the job was to start - the truck used to deliver the materials would not have known how to get onto the property without causing damage if I had not been at home - our parked cars would have been in the way of the materials delivery process if I had not been at home to move them - the materials delivery crew were easy to work with and it all worked out in the end but could have presented some problems if I had not happened to be at home I would certainly work with Certified again. The only change I would make would be to make a point of clearly identifying ALL the relevant timing points in the job.

It went well. The guys who did the roof showed up about 7am and by the time I was getting off work they were finishing up and magnetizing the yard. The next day the gutter guy came and replaced the gutters and without any trouble. I didn't even realized the gutter were replaced at first. It was a seamless transaction and Diana as well as Tom answered all my questions. Great service.

Certified did a fantastic job with our roof replacement! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for your home care needs. This is not the first job Certified has done for us. Over the years, we have used Certified for siding, window and patio door replacement as well. With every project, the Certified team has been on time, courteous, respectful of our property and done a great job with cleanup. Certified has always provided great service and a great price. We have priced home improvement projects with other contractors but none have matched the price and quality of Certified.

Perfect. I had damage from a wind storm and Tom responded immediately. the roof was repaired within three days. He installed the original roof and performed an emergency repair once beroe this. I highly recommend this company.

I interviewed approximately 5 roofing companies in the area. Tom with Certified inc was the last one. He was on time, professional, well prepared and to the point. He knew that I had already been approached with the science of roofing and presented me with a concise pamphlet on the history of his company and the process he would take to accomplish the task. As compared with the others who spent an hour with the details, Tom was well prepared and after 15 minutes presented me with a contract and price that had been pre-prepared based on satellite imagery of my roof. There was no pressure and he assured me the price was good for the foreseeable future based on current shingle prices. I accepted the offer and the roof was put up 2 weeks later. The crew was courteous, punctual, and professional. The job took 2 days and the property was left in pristine condition. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outstanding service. Highly recommend.

This is undoubtedly the BEST work we have had done at our home in years!! The entire experience was extremely positive...from the estimate of the work to be done through to the speedy and incredibly professional and expert job completion. The crew was skilled and courteous, and even the clean up was amazing!!!! We cannot thank them enough for the freshening up our 40 year old home and for the truly EXPERT job. We are so pleased with the entire experience and have a sign in our yard advertising this highly qualified company! Thanks again.

Everything for the most part went very well. The actual day of removal and replacement went well. The guys were just showing up as I was leaving for work and were gone by the time I got back home. A few bits of trash here or there (very little) but otherwise it was like they were never there. Roof looks great, it's been only a week so we'll see how it holds up. My only criticism is that when the material was dropped off a few days before, the guys must have been just dropping it on the roof because "the whole house was shaking" (words of someone who was there) and an upstairs ceiling glass light fixture fell and shattered. Also after the work was done there were a couple of minor dings in the ceiling that weren't there before. Also Tom explained beforehand that it would be possible, and I don't doubt it needed replacing, but I was charged an extra $550 for planking. Even with the extra charge, this is still a very competitive price. I would definitely recommend this roofing company.

Service was exceptional and price was competitive with estimates for similar work. On site crew was amazing, performing the work in very timely manner, and addressing issues with customer as the project evolved. Completed work was also exceptional. Customer service was outstanding and the cost of the completed project was exactly as outlined in the contract. I would absolutely recommend Certified Inc. to anyone with a roofing project.

After talking to several roofers, chose Certified based on reviews, status with CertainTeed as Select Shingle master and excellent warranty. Very professional on all fronts. We needed a total replacement for a roof with various slopes and dormers and some previous problems. When Tom Keehn, the owner, came out he went over various shingle options and proposed how they would address my concern about lack of venting. We also had a follow up discussion when he explained how they were going to ‘replace’ the existing aluminum valleys. I appreciated that he quickly got back to me on my questions and took time to explain options and ‘best practices.’ Work was scheduled quickly. The crew worked incredibly hard into the night on the first day to get everything protected from rain. Impressive, hard-working group of men. Had to replace quite a lot of under decking. All very professional. Did super clean up. The Crew boss, Jose, answered questions and most pleasant. Good warranty is reassuring as to quality of installation.

The whole experience with Certified was very good. They were the first, of the four companies I contacted, to get an estimate to me and I was favorably impressed by their use of computers to estimate the work, prepare the contract, and track everything. Tom Keehn gave an excellent presentation, left literature and samples and, with a comparison sheet, set the bar for the other bids. The person I communicated with at their office, Diana L. See, was very good about keeping in touch. Because the weather turned mild the work was done in January - one day for the entire roof and a half day for the gutters - only two weeks after I first spoke with them. They did everything as specified, cleaned-up nicely, and it looks very good.

The men showed up on the day appointed and worked efficiently and well. They seemed to enjoy the work and each other's company. They were careful not to block our driveway or inconvenience us. The job they did is beautiful and we are pleased with it.

It was a pleasure speaking with Tom Keene of Certified. Several neighbors suggested I speak with him regarding my roof. Tom answered all my questions and I feel strongly that Certified takes pride in doing a exceptional job and supplying a quality product. And, their front office was a pleasure to deal with. Certified did an excellent job and I'm very pleased with my new roof.

I had a fantastic experience with Certified, Inc. They were very reasonably priced. The work was done on schedule, and there were no problems whatsoever. The craftsmanship was excellent, and the new roof looks much better than the old. The owner is hands-on and works with the customer to insure quality service to meet your needs. The workmen who installed the roof were professional, and did a very thorough clean up job afterwards. One of the biggest things I look for in a contractor is reliability. Certified, Inc. more than met that. They were always very responsive to my calls, and wonderful to work with. If you are looking to replace your roof, I cannot recommend them enough.

Looks good!, took longer then what we were originally told. The roof replacement was the first job, for which they were there on time. Did not show up when they were supposed to show up to replace the gutters, which was to be started upon completion of the roof. We were not informed that there was a change is plans until I called the office to inquire what was going on. They could do better on the communication side of things. Most of the guys on the job did not speak English.

Certified was amazing. Tom is very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions thoroughly (including discussion of roof vent systems and partial vs full plywood replacement, which were big points for us). Some other roofers we consulted gave us different answers but Tom's hold up to best-practices and current building science (believe me, I researched wayyy down into the weeds). The warranty they offer is pretty unbeatable, and even with that their price was the best offer I had. Javier led the crew--who were all great to work with--and, as other reviewers have said, he was very professional, showed us pictures as the work progressed, and even took my husband up when he wanted to check a few things. They arrived promptly, were done before 5 pm, and cleaned up absolutely everything -- including debris that had blown into our neighbors' yards. Yes, we're impressed! I suppose winter weather will be the real test but everything looks great!

The crew was wonderful. Very neat and clean and respectful of my property and the HOA. The only hiccup was that I signed the contract for architectural lifetime shingles and 25 year tab shingles were installed instead. Tom was very apologetic and responsive. He offered to put architectural shingles on top of the tab shingles, but instead gave me a discount off the work performed.

They did a great job. The work was promptly scheduled and performed. The crew was polite and cleaned up thoroughly.
