The work is fine and the crew was professional. We used Certified on a previous roofing job and were very pleased. We did not hesitate to contact them for this job. The job start was delayed two days because the sub-contractor delivering the materials arrived with a truck too large to deliver material to our house. After they delivered two days later, the installation proceeded with no issues. Very professional job by the Certified team.

My townhouse roof and three of my neighbors roofs was replaced with no complaints about the process or the quality of the work. I worked with Diana in the beginning to have estimates done for four townhouses on my street. I organized my neighbors and sent the information to Diana. Tom came to examined each townhouse to calculate the cost. We received the estimates and product information by mail. The packets were well organized and we were impressed. The Five Star warranty was also a big plus with this company. Then we had a teleconference with Tom where he patiently answered our questions. Once we let Certified Inc know that they were out choice for the work, some people made changes to their contract and Tom even worked with one person's insurance company. Certified Inc let each of us know by phone when we were scheduled. They updated us once a week to let us know if our date remained the same. Weather can push the schedule back. Luckily, this did not happen and the work started on the previously determined date. On the first day of work the workers completed the roofs of two of the houses. They partially cleaned up and let us know they were returning the next day to complete the clean up. They left at 9 PM after starting around 7 AM. The next day they finished the clean up and started on the next two houses. One was completed and the last house was partially complete. They returned on the next day to finish the last roof and to complete the clean up. The roofers were very hard working people. They did a great job despite working long hours. I could not do this job. The leader explained that they would return to clean up the next day and he told me that if I found the clean up was not sufficient that I should let him know. I had no problem with the clean up and the roof looks good. In case you have never had a new roof put on expect a big mess while the work is in progress. My postage stamp sized front yard had the debris from the old roof and the roofers equipment on it. I had to be careful getting in and out of my house. There was also some debris on my deck and in my backyard. The debris goes everywhere. I am happy with Certified Inc and I will recommend the company to two other neighbors that need me roofs. I almost forgot to say that by organizing my neighbors Certified Inc gave us a multi house discount.

Certified arranged for a team to come out the same day. There was a minor confusion about the nature of the temporary repair, but Mr. Keehn was immediately helpful in resolving things and the work was completed speedily and very professionally. Mr. Keehn is a delight to work with. In addition to the work under warranty, there was some additional work to be done and the charges were more than reasonable.

Initial meeting to get estimate went well, actually met with the owner who was professional and knowledgeable. The windows themselves are great - look absolutely beautiful and the price was the best of any estimate we got from other companies. The install itself was pushed out by a week but that was due to weather. Clean up was okay, lots of debris left behind that we needed to clean up but nothing damaged. The crew also made use of our bathroom without asking. Would have let them use it but weren't used to not being asked. Overall good experience though and the windows look amazing. We have used Certified for other projects on our house and we will use them again.

Worker showed up on time, called before he arrived and completed the work in less than half the time estimated.

After reviewing three quotes, Certified was within a few hundred dollars of the lowest priced, but offered a much better warranty for the same product. The crew was professional and meticulous. I highly recommend Tom and his crew.

Good after about six phone calls. Three two get my roof cover with a tarp and three time two come out a do repair. But this was from a storm and they were backed up on jobs a I understand this . But should have been told that they could not do job right away and I would have found some one else. I have had four friends call them for roof replacements and they were all happy with the work.

Certified did an excellent job with replacing our entire roof and repairing our siding. They were very efficient, timely, and professional throughout the entire process. We were impressed with the end result and the fact that the whole job was completed in 1 & 1/2 days.

This is the second time we have hired this company to do work on our house. They are very easy to work with and even with 9 days straight of rain, they were able to complete the job before we held a wedding in our back yard. Their workmanship is excellent.

We had our entire roof and gutters replaced. Price seemed fair for the amount of work done. On the whole, everything came out OK. The roof now looks great and they did a great job on the gutters. Only a couple of complaints. First, the on-site estimate we received on day 2 of the job was ridiculously over optimistic, the supervisor told us that morning that the job would probably be done by the end of that day. Turned out it required two more very full days (8:00 AM to sundown) and about a half a day more for the job to be done. Also there was some miscommunication - we were having 2 skylights replaced, but the ones initially delivered were the incorrect size. We were informed of this over the phone by the office, but somehow that message did not get to the work crew on site, and they removed one of the windows only to find the new one did not fit. Had to wait a couple of weeks for the correct ones to be special ordered and installed later. All-in-all, we ended up having to adjust our schedules more than expected. Not a huge problem, but was a bit inconvenient. Overall, we had a good experience, despite these glitches. I guess maybe such things are to be expected on such a big job. We did have lots of good communication whenever we had questions or concerns - they were quite responsive - and we are very happy with the final job. The work crews were good, worked long and hard and were polite and cleaned up debris, etc. well. I would recommend considering this company for roofing needs.

This was our 4th home project with Certified, and once again they did a fantastic job. From estimate to installation and from price to customer support, everything was very professional. A shout out to the installation crew - they were neat, and the cleanup was thorough. In addition, the crew did an excellent job with the exterior aluminum framing around the windows.

The company was quick to visit us with an estimate. With the estimate, we were given samples of the products being used. We were given a detailed contract for each job. Within 2 weeks the job was set up and completed in the designated time. The company was very helpful in responding back to us when we had questions. The ground crew did an excellent job on installation day and even came back out after the snow melted to make sure everything was in ship-shape. The office staff was very knowledgeable, provided us detailed steps in what to expect in working with our insurance company, responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner.

Our roof was extensively damaged during the March 2 windstorm in which winds gusted to 70 mph or more for an entire afternoon. This was an insurance claim, and Tom Keehn helped guide us through the process. The work was scheduled about two weeks after we got HOA approval. The crew tore off the old roof, made repairs and put then new roof in place in one day. We chose to replace architectural shingles with a 110 mph wind warranty and the roof looks great. The crew was good about cleanup afterwards. The cost listed below includes emergency tarp services and building code upgrades.

Juan and his partner did the work in one day, and we are happy so far with our new drain. The drain unit on the roof was replaced, as well as the interior pipe. Certified installed our roof two years ago, and we are happy that we can continue to rely upon them as the need arises.

Tom from Certified was quick to respond after a big wind storm that damaged our roof. The estimate was fair. The work was scheduled quickly and matched our schedule. They arrived when they said they would be there. Worked hard to get the job done each day. Rain delayed the work slightly but they came back on Saturday to finish. Tom and his team did a fantastic job repairing our garage roof and trusses as well as re-roofing our whole house. Tom helped with material and color choices and was very responsive to questions and details while his team was working at our home. We shopped around to get other estimates; Certified came in lower than the others and Tom was also the most informative about the processes and products that his team would be using.
