I really can't say enough good things about how the service went. We had already used BrekMar for vent cleaning on this property (which went very well) so we felt comfortable having them come back to clean the carpets. The technician showed up on time (we were called before he showed up to make sure we were ready), was very personable and really detail oriented. We were getting our house ready to show for selling and wanted everything done as well as possible. We were not disappointed. The carpet came out looking and smelling brand new. You would never have known that the previous tenants had a dog and a cat, or had spilled melted wax all down the staircase. Pro's: Good communication, punctual, reasonable rates, job performed well. Con's: Took a fair amount of time to complete (though honestly, good work takes time sometimes) I would not hesitate to recommend them for carpet cleaning (and vent cleaning) and will most likely have them come service the house we live in now when we need it.

Brekmar Air Duct and Carpet Cleaning provided excellent service. My online purchase and request was responded to on the same day by the courteous office manager. My Technician Constantin was wonderful. Constantin called me on the appointment day, arrived on time, and was very courteous and professional. Constantin patiently completed an extensive dryer vent cleaning because it appeared that the dryer vent had never been cleaned by the previous home owners and it was extremely backed up. The price of this Angie's List Deal is a "real deal". I am very grateful that I signed up for this service, especially because it was so overdue, was well done, and was offered for such a reasonable price. I look forward to requesting more of Brekmar Air Duct and Carpet Cleaning's services in the future. Thank you!

Went very well. Communication was good from office to technician. Technician was on time and called before he was scheduled to arrive. I was very pleased with the amount of time and detail that went into this service. He got every vent in the house both registers and returns, as well as the clothes dryer vent. As he was working he showed me before and after shots of the vents which was super helpful. He answered any questions I had and was very personable. I would highly recommend and will be contacting them soon for additional services.

Due to a new HOA requirement, we needed to have our dryer vent cleaned, likely for the first time in years. The technician, Bogdan, called to let us know he'd be arriving shortly and was promptly on time. He was extremely professional, walking us through each step of the process before doing anything and keeping us updated throughout his work. He also made sure to take photos of the vents before and after so we could see exactly what had been done. Upon completion of the work, Bogdan made sure to fully clean up inside and outside so he didn't leave a mess. He also took his shoes off upon arrival and left them outside so as not to drag any mud inside, even though part of the work required him to walk around outside. Would absolutely use them again and would recommend to others.

I called the previous week to arrange for air duct cleaning. The representative I spoke to was courteous and accommodating. On the day of the appointment, the technician, Bohdan, called ahead and arrived exactly at the appointed time. He was courteous, thorough and efficient, took the time to explain what he was doing as he went along, and cleaned up thoroughly when he was done. The time estimate provided was pretty accurate. Bohdan's professionalism was much appreciated. I would certainly use this company's services again in the future.

It was better than i expected! Scheduling went smooth. Technician called me 30 minutes prior to arrival. He actually took off his shoes by the front door(which was great since we don't wear shoes in the house). He explained me what he will be doing and showed before and after images of my ducts. Huge difference. When he finished with my duct he moved on to the dryer vent. He took out bunch of lint from our vent(half of the 13 gal kitchen bag). Our dryer definitely dries better than before. Will use them again.

Everything went well. Starting from scheduling this guys were very helpful. They worked around my schedule. Tech was polite, took off his shoes when entered the house. He was very thorough, and on point.
