Brekmar Air Duct & Carpet Cleaning

Constantine from Brekmar performed a very professional and thorough cleaning of all mainline air ducts, returns, and air vents. Showed me the before and after pictures of the duc!ts and returns. Wow, what a difference!

Constantine was prompt and courteous. He explained the process and showed pictures of the vent before and after. When completed, no mess. My dryer is working much better.

Great experience! Constantine arrived on time, explained the process and worked efficiently until everything was dust and lint free. We highly recommend this company. When I called to schedule, they said they had no openings for over a week, but after I explained that my dryer although off had remained hot overnight, (I of course unplugged it when I discovered this), they were able to work me in to the schedule at 5 pm on a Saturday. I really appreciated their responsiveness to the situation. Would absolutely hire again. Constantine did a great job.

Constantine was excellent! Extremely professional and thorough. If I had to offer any advice I would recommend going through the company directly. You could get much better deals. I ended up paying $580 for my service through Angie's list but could have only paid $383.

The entire air duct cleaning service, from the Angie's list coupon, to the scheduling, to the prompt arrival of the service professional, to the completion of the job went great. Constantine, our service rep, was courteous, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. He explained everything in detail and showed us before and after photos of the air ducts while he did the work. Very pleased with the entire experience.

They called an hour before to say they are on their way. Once he came in we gave him the tour then be went right to work. He was very detailed oriented and took pride in his work.

Constantine was so professional and friendly. He explained everything that had to be done before beginning the process so I would know exactly what had to be done. I have a very long hose but he had no problem cleaning every bit of lint out. He even took pictures before and after to show me how thorough the cleaning process was! Constantine exceeded my expectations! He was a consummate professional. He came in (after taking off his shoes, without being asked) and took a quick tour of the house, to see where the ducts are located. He set up his equipment and went right to work. He explained what he was doing and helped me to better understand how to improve the efficiency of the the HVAC system. He showed me before and after pictures and completely cleaned up after himself. Outstanding customer service!

Constantine was our service provider and he was FANTASTIC! My experience with Brekmar was outstanding! I have hired an air duct cleaner in the past through Angie's List who did a good job of cleaning, but forgot to open (a switch) a duct he had accessed so we thought we had a heating problem in one of our bedrooms. Constantine was very thorough and and made sure everything worked properly before leaving. He also did a great job cleaning our dryer vent that was so full of lint we were lucky not to have had a fire! I was impressed with the communications. Within 10 minutes of placing my order through Angie's List, I had a call to set up an appointment time. They continued to keep me updated in terms of confirming the appointment before the actual day and on the day itself. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

At first I was disappointed because all the lint was not removed. They came out again and were able to dislodge a pen that was holding back more lint. The owner was very helpful and refunded my money even though I did not want it. Would definitely hire again

The workman showed up on time with ample notification of his impending arrival. Did a thorough walk through with my husband to locate all the ducts. Cleaned up as he went. Worked dilligently and got it all done in 3 hours. ( I have a rancher with many ducts)
