Brekmar Air Duct & Carpet Cleaning

The air ducts were thoroughly cleaned as well as the dryer vents. This company was precise and professional the gentleman who performed the service did his work with precision.

For the first appointment on 4/5, I waited from 8am until 10am. After the missed appointment, the technician called to say that he was sick and apologized for the inconvenience. I called, spoke to George, and rescheduled the appointment for yesterday, 4/18, and waited again from 8am until 10am. After 10am, I received a call stating that they had equipment issues and were just leaving the shop. I explained that had a business appointment and could not wait any longer. I told them to call their manager and tell them that I wanted a refund. I spoke to Muhammad then to George. Both were apologetic and attempted to reschedule for a 3rd time. I'm a business owner who lost income waiting for them twice already. THERE WAS NO WAY THAT THEY WERE GETTING A 3RD CHANCE NOT TO SHOW!

They were supposed to come out this past Tuesday and had to reschedule. This morning they were supposed to come out again. They told me their technician was sick both times. They told me they did not have anyone else to come and I had taken time off of work. I canceled the deal and will not use them again.

All went as expected. My only qualm is that it took a long time (2+ hours). It would've been a faster job if they had sent two people instead of one.

Constantine was very professional, courteous, and efficient. He cleaned all of the returns, vents, and the inside of the furnace itself. He was on time, called before just to let me know he was on the way, and he let me know what he was going to be doing and how things were going. I plan on using them again next spring.

Process went very smoothly. I emailed on a Sunday and received a call Monday morning to schedule. The representative provided the different promotions and pricing they currently have for Angie's List customers and quickly put me on the schedule for the same week. Constantine arrived within the 2-hour window set and immediately removed his shoes upon entering - big plus for me! We walked through the house to check out the furnace and all the returns and vents and then he explained the process to me before starting the work. He had to go in and out a few times to bring in equipment and each time removed his shoes. He also taped up the front door to keep all the heat from escaping since one of the hoses was connected outside. The job took about 2 hours. I was shown before and after photos and, by request, he let me see the junk that had been sucked up in the big machine. I'm pleased with the service and the quality of work for the price paid and would recommend to others.

Technician did a good job. He showed me the animal hair stuck behind diffuser. The price does not include cleaning the fan. That surprised me. George from customer service is responsive and helpful.

I would hire this company again without hesitation. Constantine with the service tech and he was friendly and efficient. This was a big job since we have a 67 year old cottage and I suspect the duct work has never been cleaned. I do know the dryer vent had not been cleaned in 4 years. The ducts were almost completely blocked per the pictures Constantine showed through the process. The job took 4 1/2 hours. We are thrilled with the entire process and will hire this company again in the future.

Wonderful! Brekmar Inc contacted me as soon as I placed my order on Angie's list. We scheduled a time a few weeks out and they sent a confirmation email. The day of service they called prior to their approximated arrival time. Work was done without rush and thoroughly. I was shown before and after pictures of different areas of the house Constantine was polite, competent and explained everything before beginning and asked for me to show him every room and locations of ducts and furnace. Very professional
