Best Kitchen & Bath

The staff at the Columbia location have remained very very professional, nice and responsive throughout the entire process. The work schedule is a bit unpredictable. The kitchen does in fact look really nice, and the staff is very helpful with working with you, within your budget and designing something that works. My major issue was the way they left the outlet behind the dishwasher, and didn't tell me it was like that. After I emailed them the pics, they fixed it right away. There were also 2 leaks under the sink that they also came back to fix the next day. Overall, for the price, with a few headaches, it did turn out nicely. Somehow, a few hours after they finished, my dishwasher is now broken. BKB said they will work with me to resolve that issue, so we'll see. I did end up having to buy a new dishwasher today. If you are looking for a good price with a very nice looking result, but with some hitches and stress involved, it's a good deal.

I originally called about a deal for granite countertops that was advertised on Angie's List for the month of December, but was told that they were no longer offering that deal. I decided to work with them anyway. The in home estimate/measure and visit to the showroom to select the granite went smoothly. The installation went fine except the installers brought a sink that was the wrong size so they had to leave to go get another sink and they returned a few hours later to complete the installation. I like my new countertops very much!

The salesperson at Granix listened carefully to my information - the color of the vanity, the tile, etc. - and showed me a number of kinds of granite that would work. She also took me to their remnant area and was VERY patient while I looked around. Amazingly, I found a remnant that exactly matched the granite in my other bath and was the right size. She took the name of my contractor, and spoke with him that afternoon about the measurements. They fabricate the countertop and sink and they were happy to have him pick it up, saving me a ton of delivery and installation charges. They suggested bringing the faucet assembly and they would drill the correct holes on the spot, ensuring that everything would fit perfectly. The countertop and sink look perfect and the contractor says he will recommend them in the future because they were so easy to work with. I do believe that they are moving to another location in Columbia shortly.

It went great. They were very quick and did a great job. The salesman, Emin, was absolutely wonderful. He really went above and beyond and I would recommend him and Granix to others.

I found Reza to be informed and very professional. He contacted me at convenient times, and answered the myriad of questions i posed. Although i ultimately decided to chose another company, I would consider them for other projects.

We had a fantastic experience. They came out and gave an estimate on the same day that I called. Two weeks later, we had the granite installed. It took 2 1/2 hours and looks fantastic. They pulled out the old counters, made last minute cuts to the granite as needed, and caulked a few places where necessary to make our molding look perfect. The price was as advertised and they returned our calls and answered all questions.

Granix is an excellent source of a variety of quality imported mosaics and natural stone products. Their installers are also very competent and have done a great job on our projects. We strongly recommend Granix to anyone from the consumer to the building contractor. We have worked with Granix on projects ranging from a 1000 SF renovation to 14,000 SF new construction. They will give you their best attention and service no matter what size of a project you have.

They are the BEST. It was fast and turned out perfectly. We moved to Bel Air area last year and I told our contractor that we would NOT work with anyone other than Granix. I had the unfortunate experience of buying granite from a different source that had a LOT of problems, however Granix finished it perfectly. They were able to work with the stone to make it fit our kitchen perfectly. Our granite island is so gorgeous - I smile every time I walk in to the kitchen. Granix also can interpret ideas perfectly - I explained what I wanted for the backsplash with a very poor drawing and one conversation. My jaw dropped when I saw the installation. He had read my mind and created something more beautiful than I could imagine. And their prices are GREAT. Granix is the place to go. Don't waste your time and money with anyone else.

Just wanted to let you know that your company and your colleagues have done a FANTASTIC job installing the granite in my kitchen. They let me know about a couple of issues resulting from original construction and how they would be able to resolve those issues. I am very pleased with the results of the workmanship that has been done to my kitchen. I couldn't have ask for anything better than what you have done. I would recommend Granix to anyone and will hire you in the future for my next project which is my bathroom. Thanks again for a job well done.
