Baltimore Paint Masters

Hired Baltimore Paint Masters, Ben Gonzalez, the job went grate it looks beautiful and the men were polite, cleaned up everything and even did a couple extras and did not charge us. We were so happy we hired them to Paint the house on 6111 Moyer ave we are putting on the market . We would hire them again in a minute and I'm a retired painter. Ray @ Deborah Huber.

Ben Gonzales is swindler. took over $30,000 and never finished the job. actually, he did more damage by removing a load bearing wall which caused the floors to bubble and buckle. his employees are not real handy man, just people from his neighborhood. this guy does is not a pro, he is just another scammer.

Agreed upon a date the contractor would start. On the date the contractor was supposed to start, he did not show up nor call to let me know he could not make it. I wasted a Saturday morning waiting for him. This is unacceptable service in my book.

He would come to work for an hour and then he would leave to go to another job. He wanted the job paid for upfront. It was terrible. He painted a wire, a hinge on the door, and painted the window shut. I had sliding doors and he did not want to paint the inside of the doors. He was lazy. He told me he could do other services besides painting. He talked me into getting tile for my floor. I gave him a check for $2200 for the floor. Then I noticed the sloppy work. I emailed him within 24 hours and let him know after talking to my spouse that we changed our mind. To punish me, he said he was charging me 5% of the tile work that would have been done. He wanted to do my bathroom and he said he would deduct the 5% he was going to charge me for the floors that I decided not to do. Anytime I changed my mind, he got mad.

The owner Ben was the painter and he got paint on my sofa and hardwood floors. Didnt notice it until he left. I WOULD NEVER HIRE HIM OR THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN, VERY SLOPPY WORK!!!!!!

Contacted Ben to get estimate he was very responsive and came over immediately. After the estimate he called constantly begging for the job that he lived close by and he would do an excellent job. He performed the job as though he was doing me a favor and not getting paid. Ex. Not painting both sides of doors, repeated attempts to contact him to finish the excellent job he said he would do. He always had an excuse very unprofessional. Today the paint job has a huge air bubble under kitchen window and peeling paint on stair balister. No pride just in it for the money.

They were friendly and nice. They did not do a moisture test to see how much moisture is coming through the slab.

It looks great. They didn't mess around, everything is beautiful. He did the whole floor and put a brown border around the perimeter of the floor, accenting the it. I am very pleased.

They were prompt, professional, did a great job (Mr. Gonzales oversaw the entire job personally) and the price was reasonable. Mr. Gonzales said he wanted to make customers happy. He did. Couldn't ask for more!
