They did not charge us for the plans. They did a good job. The architect was very good at figuring out what I wanted. He also explained about the plans and also how it fit with the budget. He was at my house daily and supervised it well. The crew was respectful of my house. They managed to keep the mess minimal even though it was a very muddy winter. They helped me out once when I got stuck. They were so nice and competent. They did not mind my overseeing. They also do small jobs as well. I called them once to hang some mirrors. I am so pleased with the job. They were wonderful.

The representative came to our house as scheduled for an estimate. The work started on time, but it still hasn't ended six months later. The contractor took much longer than expected to find a matching stain. After finding the stain, they said they felt that a special contractor was needed to do the staining which delayed another couple of weeks. One of the grills for the doors was broken and a new one had to be ordered and stained. Woodwork near the door also was to be replaced. At that time, they collected all but $500 of the total price. Two months later, we still haven't gotten the grills and woodwork installed. Actually, at this point, we've gotten used to the look without grills. The doors themselves were well done, but it is more than a bit unusual for a company to treat a customer this way.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND WORK THAT THEY ACCOMPLISHED. IT TOOK LONGER THAN I WANTED THEM TO, BUT WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK WHEN FINISHED.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS, FAMILY, AND NEIGHBORS. THEY DO GOOD QUALITY WORK. THE COMPANY IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I RECEIVED A PROMPT RESPONSE AFTER MY FIRST PHONE CALL TO THEM. THEY WENT OVER THE AGREED TIME FRAME, BUT IT WAS NOT A PROBLEM.
