+ -1 moreTHE COMPANY IS AVERAGE. I GOT A PROMPT RESPONSE AFTER FIRST PHONE CALL THERE WAS A SERVICE FEE TO PAY TO HAVE THEM LOOK AT IT. THEY TOLD US WHAT THE FEE WOULD BE AND THAT IS WHAT WE PAID, BUT WE HAVE HAD TO TAKE IT IN THREE OR FOUR TIMES SINCE THEN.
Description of Work: THEY GAVE MY COMPUTER A DIAGNOSTIC TEST. THEN THEY ALSO HAD TO REINSTALL MY OPERATING SYSTEM AND HARD DRIVE.

+ -1 moreWE WERE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED. THEY WERE FAST AND COURTEOUS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE HAD OUR COMPUTER BACK THE SAME DAY. WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN IF WE EVER HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM.
Description of Work: WE HAD A HARD DRIVE PROBLEM SO THEY BACKED UP ALL OUR DATA AND REPAIRED THE HARD DRIVE.
