+ -1 moreNO SHOW, NO CALL. We called Mr. Davis on a Tuesday. He said he couldn’t perform the service until that Thursday and that he would call Thursday morning to let us know his time of arrival. When we had not heard from him by 8:30 that morning, we called him. He did not answer and we could not leave a message because his voicemail was full. We then texted to inquire about his time of arrival. We called multiple times that morning but never received a response in any form. Ended up calling Heil Plumbing, who showed up within four hours and did a great job.
Description of Work: We needed a water supply line moved in order to accommodate a larger garbage disposal.

Description of Work: They connected a new bathroom sink to the main ran all new pluming. The dispatch office also called 30 minutes before arriving letting me know the tech names. Both plumbers also had photo ID's they cleaned up and were very professional. I would definitely hire them again.

+ -1 morePlumber arrived on time with a helper / trainee. Price was very good. Lower than expected. Plumber was polite and did not fool around. Job completed in designated time. Rodney the owner stopped to be sure all of work was okay and that I was happy with work.
Description of Work: Upstairs tub leaking at drain - tub faucet was leaking. Repaired / replaced drain, replaced stems and washers on both knobs on tub. Took shoes off at door. Impressive.
