They responded to my urgent need and installed the sub-floor and linoleum. The representative came to my house to take measurements the same day that I stopped in at their showroom.

A Plus performed the job when promised. They did a good job except adhesive was tracked all over the flooring. It was very difficult to removing. After several calls they sent a service man out to remover to our satisfaction.

Excellent. The workers were on time, professional, and finished the job sooner than expected. The service and material was great. Would definitely recommend them to other people.

Installation went great no problem at all

It went very well, from picking out the right tiles, to the sales person's visit to measure, and finally, to the work being completed efficiently. The owner of the company also visited to add his excellent suggestions. I couldn't have asked for more.

The the salesman, Jon, quickly understood our needs and was able to show us products that met them at a reasonable price. The installation crew was on time and everything went well except the first floor was covered with a film and globs of glue. Because we were getting pictures taken in two days to put our house on the market, the floor needed to look immaculate. Expecting some dust from the installation, we had already scheduled professional cleaners to come in the next day. They were not able to remove the glue or film. We called A Plus and were told to get mineral spirits to clean up the glue. At the time we hadn't realized the extent of the glue coverage. The mineral spirits, didn't do much to remove the glue. We called A Plus again and spoke to Franklin. He said he would send someone out first thing in the morning. When nobody showed by 10 AM, we called back again. The technician had gotten eh wrong address. When he did arrive, magic happened. He had the right cleaner for the job. The glue came up easily. The technician, along with my wife due to the time constraint, meticulously removed the glue and the film. In the end, the floor looked beautiful and was ready just in time for the photo shoot. So it all ended well, but it was nerve racking. There were a couple of other minor issues that A plus fixed promptly when we pointed them out. All in all we were satisfied with job and would recommend them.

The quality of cleaning was excellent, they take care of the customer. I think they can do a good job with better communication and avoiding a delay. They didn't show up until like 6:00 or 7:00 p.m.. and I booked like 2 or 3 weeks in advance. The workers on the floor, they can do a better job at communication and they don't set the furniture up right.

Carpet got cleaned. Not sure I'd go this route again, though. The carpet was soaked afterwards.

Everything went well! It only took one week from ordering to installation. Workmanship was excellent and all the furniture was put back in its proper place. And the carpet was vacuumed. The installers arrived within the promised window and completed their work in a timely manner. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

Carpet looked so much better. Will use them again, definitely.

All went well. We are extremely pleased with the result - high quality carpet and good quality padding for a better price than we had seen at two local competitors. Great selection in the showroom. Ordering process was fairly easy and time from order to installation was quick (we scheduled 3 weeks out to coordinate with a furniture delivery, but they offered much earlier). Installation team did a great job, was punctual and pleasant to deal with and - bonus - was willing to assist us with a small fix unrelated to the job. Happy customers, would recommend and would call them again!

I reached out to this company to carpet an area in my home in preparation of a home sale. They were phenomenal! From the first call I made to my visit in the showroom 2 days later to the day the gentlemen who arrived to install the carpet, my experience was exceptional! The workers who were prompt and extremely professional! On top of all that, I was on a short suspense and needed the work completed within 5 days and they got it done!!! I would hire this team of professionals again in a heartbeat!

The complete experience with A-Plus Carpet & Flooring was fantastic. From initially arranging the measurement to receiving the estimate to completing the install - everything went smoothly and exactly as promised. The install went quicker than expected - we were told it would be two days, but the installation crew worked very hard and finished in one day. Top quality work (I am a perfectionist - they exceeded my expectations with the precision of their work)

My job was done above and beyond expectations. A bit of history...I've done other flooring projects before in the past 5 years and once the salesperson does their job, you are left to the scheduler and installer. I have not been pleased in the past with other scheduling or installing personnel from other flooring businesses. But A Plus was different. I called to get a date...they agreed to it and stuck to it (that as Shawn). Next was the installers. I indicated I would be willing to have them come out earlier in the day (and stay later) since I had a lot of carpet to install. Two installers came to my house. Both Sergio and Armondo were the best. They arrived around 8:30a and we talked about the entire job before they began. Once underway, both of them moved furniture and went about measuring to cut materials to fit. They worked tirelessly without breaks or lunch and left my home around 4p or so. My carpet was seamed without flaw and every aspect of their work was above expectation. I would hire these folks back in a minute for my next job. I was so satisfied with the work done...from the sales, to scheduling, to install, that I called the office to let them know. I do have other flooring projects planned in the future, and will be considering A Plus as a prime competitor.

Terrific. The group at A-Plus and particularly Keenan Doubleday did not try to over sell me on carpeting or services not needed. Very engaged in the process and entire group was very friendly and professional in their actions.

After a less than pleasurable experience with the builder of my home, I called A Plus Carpet for a quote to stretch my carpet. Franklin and his team were polite, helpful, and fair in their price. The installer was on time, friendly and did a great job stretching the carpet, cleaning up afterwards, and even vacuumed the rooms! Overall very professional, trustworthy and great service! I would highly recommend!

My house needed new floors, I contacted two other local companies and A Plus. I visited all three local showrooms. A Plus had the largest selection and the staff knows what they are talking about. A Plus listened to me. They were the only ones that didn't try to sell me on what they want to sell. In fact,, I wanted a very expensive exotic hardwood but after hearing about the details I decided to go with a engineered, Mirage flooring. The price was right and I felt secure dealing with this company. On the day of install, The crew showed up on time and worked all day. When I say all day, I mean all day (8:45 to 6:30 pm) The job took several days to complete. The results are PERFECT!. I love my floors.

Highly recommended. We bought a house that needed work done in the basement. Our salesman Keenan did a walk through and wrote up a basic quote which we then narrowed down after visiting the showroom and choosing what we liked. He was very helpful and made our decision easy. The quotes obviously change depending on manufacturer, style, and pad. We went with a good mid grade. Sean from the warehouse made scheduling a breeze, he called the day before and the morning of to let us know when to expect the installers. The guys showed up on time and did a great job. In total we had a medium size den and two bedrooms done and they finished in about three and a half hours. Looks great, they cleaned up the scraps and vacuumed when they were done.

That went well.? They came out around January of 2016.? The cost was around $500.?

They guys at A+ did great work. I was overall very pleased with their helpfulness and their knowledge. At the store, the people there were extreamly helpful in explaining to us the ins and outs of all the various materials used to make different kinds of carpet as well as how they will wear over time. Then, they helped us find what we were looking for at the lowest cost and what sales or promotions were happening. When completing the install, they sent out one installer who was extremely professional. I am a former contractor myself and ridiculously anal about details around not only how a job is completed, but also doing it correctly to maximize the life of the finished product. I was 100% satisfied with the work the installer did. Absolutely no visible seams and the transitions look immaculate.

Would recommend A Plus Flooring. Jonathan was very helpful with the quote and explaining the process. The work crew was timely and did a great job on our floor. They did a great job with the cleaned up as well.

A Plus is a great company to work with, beginning with Scott who explained the whole process and answered our many questions. The crew headed by Pablo was very easy to work with--patient, meticulous, and professional. We were very concerned about the refinished wood matching the existing floor, so Pablo brought over several cans of the stain a couple of days ahead of the scheduled job that he thought would work, After applying each stain to a sanded step we did not think it was what we wanted, so he had the stain custom matched, which ended up working very well. The cleanup was excellent as well. We are very pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend A Plus for floors, as well as carpets.

A Plus is a top rate outfit. Their installation scheduler called shortly after the materials arrived to schedule a dropoff date and installation date. We had an upcoming family event for which we wanted the hardwood installed. Initially there was not a slot available but the scheduler shuffled things around to accommodate us. On the day of installation, the install crew showed up on time and knocked out our 400+ sq ft family room in a day. They seamlessly feathered the new flooring into the existing flooring. You can't tell which flooring was new vs old. The transitions they chose for the fireplace and the kitchen are significant improvements over what our builder had originally installed. We're very satisfied with the appearance of the flooring, quality of installation, and speed with which everything was done.
