rosemary came and she was great. she was so very helpful because we had to make very quick decisions. we got a great price from her and the workers came in on the date agreed upon and did everything to include moving furniture for us. i can't say enough about this company other than i know they will be here again for my next project very soon!!!!

Wonderfully professional service; on-time, beautifully installed hardwood and carpeting. Came back to mitigate a pre-existing subfloor condition at no charge!!! I highly recoomend them.

We selected A Plus to replace the carpet upstairs of our house and on two stair cases. We selected A Plus Carpet for the job after meeting with a total of 4 A rated companies from Angle?s list that specialize in carpet. We had the pleasure of working with Bill and he was great from start to finish!!! I was impressed with his overall knowledge of carpet which ranged from; quality, price, durability, installation?..I was most impressed by the time that he took when taking the measurements of my house to make sure his installers had the correct information. He approached it as if it were a huge puzzle and was determined to have as little waste as possible. I really appreciated that fact?.. I have to note that my house has some interesting angles and this was mentioned by every person that came out to measure. Out of all of the people that came out to measure, Bill was able to come up with the best solution to have the least amount of seams. I have to say thanks to the install crew as they arrived early for the job and did a superb job installing the carpet. These guys were great and worked well as a team. You could instantly tell that they had done this once or twice before :). After the job was completed, they cleaned up and made sure everything was neat. The finished product looks amazing and we are so happy we selected A Plus Carpet to spruce up our home. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that is looking to replace their carpet.

Carpet arrived within days of my order. ?Price was less than another vendor. ?Installers professional and cleaned up afterwards. ?Installers were happy to take old carpet to an outbuilding I have and unload it for me.

Ryan, the salesman, was very responsive and professional.? The work was completed by Wesley and Marco, who were very skilled and responsive as well.? A few mistakes (poly drips) were remedied quickly and to our satisfaction.? We would recommend this company without reservation.

We had been using A Plus Carpet for about a decade?regularly ?for our carpet cleaning so when we wanted to change from carpet throughout our home (rancher) ?we contacted them.I called late on a Saturday and Eric Rome returned my call promptly and we scheduled an appointment. When he came out he discussed ?the different options,he showed us some samples and ?measured the house. To help choose the style and colors he suggested ?we come to his showroom. When we got there it was very comfortable and had a big variety . Most importantly we never were rushed or pressured. Once we found what we liked we took it home to see how it fit in with our cabinets and furniture. The next day we scheduled installation. We were in no real hurry and they actually set a date to begin sooner than we expected. All went perfect from the 8am arrival to clean up two days later.

Had downstairs carpet re-stretched in several places.? The individual performing the stretching was on time, completed work in a satisfactory time and cleaned up and vacuumed up remnants.? All went very well and gave me a 1 year time that they would come back if needed.

I called A Plus Carpet for a consult on whether the carpet in a 4 bedroom rental property needed replacing or whether it could be sufficiently cleaned. The former tenant had a large family and the carpet was filthy with many good-sized dark spots/stains. The same beige-colored carpet runs throughout the house including living room, dining room, family room, hallway, stairs, and 4 bedrooms. I was pleasantly surprised when A Plus thought every room could be cleaned which saved me the considerable expense of replacement carpet. I was even more surprised when the cleaning was done and the carpet looked beautiful! Even the well-worn stair carpeting looked great and the dark indentations and large dark spots were gone! Rosemary at A Plus called me with an estimate shortly after my initial call and the carpet cleaning was completed in the limited timeframe I requested. I appreciated the quick response and a job very well-done. I will definitely call them again to clean the carpets in my home.

They came about 10 minutes early, which was ok with us. They moved the furniture, taking care to properly handle delicate pieces. They answered our questions, and showed us the new pad & carpet. They then pulled up the old carpet and installed the new carpet. After installation, they vacuumed all floors and helped us return the furniture to their initial positions. They worked cheerfully and were very responsive to our needs. They finished about a half hour before their announced time. All in all, a difficult day was turned into a good experience.

A Plus were on time, did a nice installation and clean up. I was very happy with the entire experience.

I previously gave A Plus Carpet & Flooring a very poor review based on my initial experience with them. WOW! Here is a company that took a fast, decisive action to address our complaints! The very next morning I received calls from both the manager, Rosemary, and the owner, Eric Rome. There was no justification of the problem but a sincere apology offered for our inconvenience, frustration and anger with our wasted time and effort at the initial contact with the company. Eric told me that there had been a two hour meeting of the Leadership Team that morning to explore what went wrong and what adjustments needed to be made to company policy and courses of action to prevent similar difficulties in the future. My husband and I were invited to come to the show room and Eric, Rosemary and Bill were present to extend their apologies. What a delightful group of people! Eric and his family had come back from the beach just to be there in person. Eric did offer compensation but what REALLY IMPRESSED us was their restating of policies adjusted and/or put in place seeking to improve their service. Eric and Rosemary personally followed through on making sure we were satisfied with their work. This truly is a family owned and operated business with a personal touch. Our thanks to all of them for their concern and work to "make it right". We are more than happy to recommend A Plus Carpet & Flooring. The quality of the carpeting is great and we wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. Thanks Eric and Rosemary.

I wasn't having any luck with other flooring companies, so I refered to Angie's list. Aplus was at the top of the list, I called them, they responded immediately. Knew what I wanted and proceeded to get the job done as promised.

Called them about some stains on our carpet and they scheduled a cleaning right away.

The proposal process was fine - good communication and they did a great job answering my many questions. The initial install was great - we were very happy with the new work in the kitchen, how they toothed the new flooring into the old. The refinishing on the rest of the first floor looks fantastic. The only issue was that they forgot about the work in the powder-room (thus my marking them down in punctuality), but they did come out and get that done once I brought it to their attention. As a matter of fact, Eric Rome, the owner of A Plus Carpet & Flooring, came by our house to personally apologize for the mix-up and to ensure we were satisfied. We're very happy with our floors and would use A Plus again.

It was a small room, so other carpet companies I called didn't even want to come out. A Plus Carpeting & Flooring sent a rep out for estimation, then we hired them for the job. It was done quickly. However, Angies list member discount wasn't applied. We called back and they promised to apply the discount, it still didn't happen.

From sales to installation the company was very easy to deal with. Vinny was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the sales and measurement/proposal process. The installers were professional, friendly, and worked with us very well during the installation. Very happy with the experience.

I recently inherited a townhouse from my parents and all of the carpets were stained by their cats who made it a habit of using the carpet as their personal bathroom. I spoke to Lou who was very professional. The workers showed up on time and completed the house in 4 hours and made sure to vacuum up everything after they were finished. Would definitely hire them again for work.

They did a beautiful job. The new floors look great and they were there every step of the way. I also will be getting my area carpet from them.

We had a very dirty hallway cleaned as well a bedroom. We also had knew carpeting in the living room which had already gotten a big crayon mark on it and a greasy stain from a tricycle my kids brought in the house. The carpets came out great! The owner is very nice, gave me a free bottle of spot cleaner and advice on how to keep the floors looking good, and took out the stains in the new carpet for free. We were doing this to prepare our house for the market and our Realtor was very impressed that the old carpet came out looks so good. It also dried very fast.

A rep came out, performed a walkthrough, measured and made suggestions/recommendations. Pictures of other jobs were reviewed. The estimate was emailed by the end of the day. The sales manager contacted me to schedule installation. I was told that the work would require us to vacate the property for 48 hours. The estimate was comparable to the other two vendors that I had gotten estimates from. The one feature that I really was impressed with that the other vendors would not perform was the flush mount vents. The day of the work, the workers came at the agreed upon time. When we returned two days later, the wood floors looked great. The workers came back on Monday morning to put all furniture back in its place. They also touched up any areas that were missed. Overall, the experience was great.

I'd been needing to get the carpeting throughout my house re-stretched and decided to get the carpeting cleaned at the same time. I found A Plus Carpet on Angie's List and decided to try them. The work was scheduled quickly and done very satisfactorily. My biggest criticism is the company provided a very short window of time (1 hour) when to expect the estimator. When he was a no show at the end of the hour I called the company and was told he got held up in traffic and was on his way. He arrived about an hour later but no one from the company took the initiative to contact me about the delay. I would recommend that they provided a longer window or notify customers who are left waiting.

My wife and I used this company in the past for cleaning our carpets. They were great, so we decided to have them come out for an estimate for carpeting in a one room apt. The gentleman who came out was extremely professional and friendly. He made sure to do whatever he could to keep the cost down. We had other estimates, but A plus was the lowest. The only down side was that the carpet choices were limited if you wanted the carpet installed next day. They only keep two colors in stock, if I remember correctly. I was keeping the room neutral so one of the colors they had in stock was perfect for me. If you wanted other colors, you would have to wait until they got it in. The carpet was installed (it took them about 1/2 a day). In order to keep the price down, they had to have 3 seams in the carpet. I can't even see them because they did a great job. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We had hardwood floors put in on our entire first floor of our home.?? This included 4 rooms, a bathroom and a hallway.??? We went to their showroom on August 14 and met with Lou.?? He showed us many examples of products citing the various pros and cons of each type.???We made it clear what our budget was and Lou was able to work with us to get the look we wanted under the budget we set.? We placed an order and the wood was delivered within 5 days.?? Our install team (lead by Ricardo)?worked for 12 hours straight for two days and finished the job including removal of our previous flooring and cleaning up (returning furniture to its original spaces).??? All total this was?about two weeks start to finish.?? All the folks involved, from sales to install, were all very friendly and courteous.
