Description of Work: A Plus Carpet installed new carpeting throughout the stairs and upper floor of our house. They did a fantastic job, arrived on time, handled the removal and disposal of all existing carpet and pad, and were an overall pleasure to work with.

Description of Work: This was the second time I used this company. The first was to install hardwood floors. This time have them come out to clean my carpet they did a wonderful job. I was very happy with the job they did and would use them again anytime I need them.

Description of Work: I was very impessed by the workmanship of the two men who came and cleaned my carpets. Both were very polite and professional. The carpets look geat and they told me to be very careful walking from the carpets to the kitchen tile as I could slip from the chemicals. I thought this very thoughtful and courteous as I probably would have forgotten about this aspect of the cleaning. I would definitely have them back again.

Description of Work: We had a 8x10 rug cleaned. They came to the house and cleaned the rug in about a half hour. It looks great!

Description of Work: I used A Plus Carpet & Flooring for carpet cleaning services. They moved all my furniture including a small glass that they were not responsible for but they still moved it. It was really nice of them.

Description of Work: Very nice on the phone. Price was great. We had the whole house carpet cleaned. The workman was clear about what stains would come out and what wouldn't. Very happy with the service.

Description of Work: We replaced our living and dinning room with carpet (all one area) and my husband and I were very pleased with the results. We had a delay in replacing the carpet until 3/23/12, but that was because my husband was out of town and wanted to be here when the carpet was installed. The saleman was very knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns. The installers were very prepared and work quickly but efficiently. They worked as a team to see that all we asked for was met to the best of their ability. We would highly recommend them. Mr.& Mr.s James Mille, Jr.

Description of Work: A plus was fairly competitive with their estimate. They also installed my three bedrooms plus the hall way and closets very fast (may be too fast to be effective). The installation crew members were very professional and helpful with moving my furnitures. However, they did not speak English except for one person who spoke a little. That explains why they did not understand my request to fill some of the holes on the floor after finishing their work. I called the company the following day and was told that they would send the crew out to fill the holes for me but they never did. I ended up buying the materials from Home Depot and do the filling myself. I was a bit nervous when I called the salesperson and asked about a final walk-through inspection - and he said the company would not typically conduct a final walk-through inspection. I think they should change that policy. The crew also left my toilet overflow that I had to fix the following day. It's regrettable that minor problems have occured that could have been avoided. I don't think I will use this company again to work on my basement flooring.

Description of Work: Just bought a house with carpet over hardwood on second floor in 3 bedrooms and hallway. Had them come out for an estimate quick and they came in at a great price and were able to complete the work quickly around my schedule. They gave me expectations based on floors being old and exceeded them. My floors look amazing and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend and would use again!

Description of Work: A Plus Carpets installed carpeting in 4 bedrooms. The workers arrived timely and worked diligently throughout the day. They also took great care in moving all furniture. A Plus Carpets also did a great job creating bound carpets from the 2 large remaining carpet pieces. They also cleaned a large area carpet that was very, very dirty. It was returned like new.
