Excellent. Mike came out the same day. It turned out to be an ice build-up clogging a drain line, but he checked two other common possibilities first. Very pleasant to chat with, and was happy to show me a few useful tips, for getting shelves out for cleaning, and checking for ice build-up in the ice-maker. He repairs other appliances too, so his card is going into my go-to list of people to call for future repairs.

Mike came out within 2 hours of us calling and had our dryer fixed shortly thereafter. I highly recommend!

Mike did an excellent job. My mother has had her oven and dishwasher fixed multiple times by other people. Each time they didn’t actually fix the issue but charged her anyways. They never returned her calls to come back out. Mike fix both units and his prices were fair. Great customer service.

Michael was pleasant, professional and covid-19 compliant. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired our washer within the hour. He tidied up after himself too. We found the price for the repair most reasonable. He was also well-versed in other 30 year old appliances that we had questions about whether or not parts still existed. We appreciated his honesty about the repair requirements and that he came within the time predicted. We definitely reccommend his services.

He responded quickly, diagnosed the problem immediately, contacted several distributors to obtain required part during his visit, and returned to install part as soon as he received it. He was polite, careful while in our home, on-time, and his price was very reasonable.
