+ -1 moreOur family has used Ron Dixon for all our plumbing needs going back years. When the pilot light refused to stay lit in my water heater, and just two weeks before we planned to move, Ron was my first call. Anyone else would try to sell me on installing a new heater - something I’m happy to leave to the next home owner. Ron came out on a Sunday, arrived early, and had everything swapped out and running again within 30 minutes. Can’t ask for better service.
Description of Work: Thermocouple in our ancient water heater went out two weeks before our planned move.

+ -1 moreRon /Dixon came to my home. My two upstairs toilets were running. He put new hardware in tanks.
Description of Work: I noticed as I was leaving for work a running water noise inside my downstairs wall. I put an emergency call in and Ron came out and said it was good I called him. The water was running from the two upstairs toilets. I feel he is very trustworthy as he was at my home one other time recently. I left my front doors unlocked because I had to go to work. He came and then called me at work to give me the update. I think his pricing is reasonable and I feel comfortable having him there when I am not.
