I used them to just more the lawn but after I walked around the property with Melecio I'm going to have them come back and do more landscaping.

A bit pricey and I did request a picture of the cleaning but only got to see one gutter after cleaning.

Melecio was very responsive and showed up within 24 hours to provide an estimate when I was not present and met me the next day when I could be at the rental. He was not cheap, but came on time and finished the same day. He did an excellent job! He cleaned the gutters, trimmed topiary trees and mulched. I would use his company again.

Melecio was late but after he gave me an estimate, he did the work the same day so that kinda made up for the fact he was late two hours. He also negotiated his price for the service.

Melecio called me to set up an appointment. Once I explained that I needed same day service because water was coming into my home, he said he was on his way. 40 minutes later, he was at my house. He told me exactly how much the gutter cleaning would cost and gave me estimates for some other work with no added pressure. Based on an admittedly cursory Google search, I think I paid more toward the higher end of the price spectrum for the cleaning, but if I don't have to worry about water finding its way into my home and ruining my hardwood floors, then it was money well spent. Only time will tell.

The person that performed the work was not honest about the cost of materials. He said the downspout materials cost $150, I found the same materials on Lowe’s website for $30 and completed the work myself. He also said I was thinking too much about the price. This company needs a fixed menu to increase transparency.

Mr. Melacio was great, on time and fast with his gutter cleaning. He can do all kinds of yard work and will work with your price.

I feel like I was taken advantage of. I was in a situation. I needed to go ahead and get the lawn mowed. A small town house yard and he wanted $100. He settled for $80. At the end of last season, when my lawn mower broke down, I had it mowed by another company for $30.

I called for much needed lawn mowing at the last minute. He showed up promptly, gage a fair price and did excellent work. I've now hired him for ongoing lawn care.

The owner showed up late for the appt and by himself. My yard is somewhat sizable, so I expected there would be more people to do the job. It was rushed because he set another appt immediately after and did not finish all the work he promised to do. After he left, I took a closer look at the back yard and some of the work was only half done. I went into this hoping that this company would be able to do some more landscaping for me, but after this experience, I would not hire them to do that work.
