I just met him but he seems like a very cordial and good guy.

Completely overcharged, sloppy, minimum effort. No quality or attention to detail. When reviewed at end of the job to point out work not done, received attitude. Very very disappointed in service for the high price paid.

They are good and fast and very polite.

Melecio did a great job abd offered observations that I hadn.t thought of. He impressed me so much that I hired him to additional work.

Basically blew out leaves from the gutter with a power blower. Since we have gutter shields it is hard to tell if this approach was thorough enough. I wanted a gutter slope increased but Melicio said it wasnt necessary after cleaning. That gutter continues to overflow along its length in heavy rain.

They were great! I would hire them again.

The contractor was paid in full and did not pull/treat/or address weeds. He promised to come back to address the issue but never showed. Very disappointed in the end state, as weeds were a big part of my concern expressed up front.

The job was rushed and was far from the results I expected for the price we paid. Mel said he would do better the next time.

Very accommodating and met my immediate requirements

Mel was very efficient. He was on time and completed the job to our satisfaction. We have a large back yard with lots of trees, therefore we had a lot of leaves and tree branches that needed to be cleaned up. . We were very pleased with the end results. He also cut down a tree in our front yard and he disposed of all the tree cuttings. His pricing was reasonable., so we definitely recommend his services. We will be using Melecio Landscaping again.

Contractor seemed very reliable. He did the work well and at the time he promised to do it. His demeanor is very professional and courteous.

We did a walk threw and spoke on what needed to be done beforehand, yet when the job was completed they said maybe they/we/I did not understand exactly what was agreed upon for the price. I explained to them that we/you/I were very clear and fully understood what was agreed upon. I was told that they would get what was not done on their follow up visit in two weeks. I told him thank you, but I will not be needing his services again...the money has already been paid and I will find someone else!

Great service and reasonably priced, to clean out gutters on 2 story house. My neighbor also hired Melecio ‘s on the spot and was very pleased

Prompt, courteous when cleaning located a few small balls my youngest son had thrown into our gutters which caused the overflow issue. Definitely would recommend it to others and will use it again.

Melecio Landscaping was responsive and reasonably priced. They were punctual, quick and complete. I liked them enough to pick them up for my lawn service needs. Id definitely recommend them.

Started great. Cut grass when I asked and even filled up if I do not call for over two weeks. Hired to Aerate, seed and fertilize. Did okay but did not come back to fertilize when I asked. The last time he cut my grass it was rushed and spots were missed. I was disappointed.

Prompt, hard working, neat! So good a neighbor across the street hired him immediately.
