Excellent. He explained that water heaters should last 20-30 years and the one I brought in 2016 wasn't standard grade usually lasting only 5 years (it did). He replaced the duct connected between the HVAC and hot water heater that needed replacing and spent long hours ensuring that the work was done right and professionally. He explained what he did and how the hot water heater should work.

The project went great. I was promptly contacted by a rep to schedule a visit for the estimate. The price quoted was far below the other estimate I received. Work was done timely, and the tech cleaned up after himself. I would recommend them and will definitely contact for future plumbing problems.

It went very well. After seeing my husband have his friend come over to do his plumbing work for (7 years) and never seeing any results, I was finally able to convince him to let me hire a real plumber. Suma Plumbing stood out for me. They were very polite and pleasant. For the first time in seven years, I am able to use the shower without having the water come up on my feet. Everything went well. Lal did a excellent job. He told me he could come to my house between 4-5pm and he got there at 5pm on the dot. He looked at my sump pump and showed me that whoever put in the previous sump pump did not do a good job. He told me he could work on it the same day, if I wanted. He quoted the price and said he was ready to go to work. In less than an hour, he had replaced my old sump pump with a new one. I was pleased with his customer service and his work ethic. Would hire him again.

Mr. Mawia responded promptly (within minutes) to our request. We scheduled his services for between 8:00 - 9:00 am the following morning. He was punctual, arriving at exactly 8:00 am. He was able to promptly diagnose the issue and effect correction immediately. His charge for this work was very reasonable. While on-site, Mr. Mawia also noticed a couple of areas of concern and offered reasonable estimates to effect repairs. We will consider his recommendations and reach out to him when we are ready to proceed.

Suma took my call and came out the same day. He was prompt, did good work, followed safe COVID practices, and cleaned up after he was done. He was very helpful in pointing out some of the issues the system had (it was a "new to us" house) and how we could help prevent the problem from happening again. Also, he has a really cool beard. I hope I don't have another problem but am calling Suma if I do. -John M.
