Don’t hire this company. I called and initially they were very prompt at scheduling an appointment. They no-showed, so I had to call back and reschedule for later in the day. The Angis List site told me a clogged bathroom sink drain should cost about $200 to fix. Their plumber showed up and told me it would cost $495. I reluctantly agreed to the work since they were already there. An hour into the project, the plumber told me a part was broken and the new total was over $600. Almost a scam. My drain did get fixed but I felt price gouged. Do not trust reviews on this site.

Excellent. The employee provided all the new materials and hauled away the old ones. I received service for a job that took an entire day after requesting it a day beforehand. The employee was straight-forward and professional.

They showed up within an hour of posting on Angie's list. Reasonable pricing and fast, quality work. Will use again and reccomend this company to friends. Also my first time using Angie's list and as a home owner I cant believe how easy it was.

Called the main number and the lady I spoke with was very pleasant and easy to work with. Was looking to have a 50 gallon hot water heater installed, 2 drains snaked and a new faucet installed. She booked my appt for the next day. Zam came to the house to provide us the quote and even offered to do half the job then and come back in a few days to do the hot water heater. He was incredibly professional and did a great job on all the work. I highly recommend them and will call them again.

I had an excellent experience with Ngura from Day & Night Plumber. He came out to do a free inspection of my water heater within a couple hours of me calling, and offered to schedule the full installation as soon as the next day. He gave good advice about what type of water heater I should get, and was friendly and responsive to all my questions. On the day of the installation, the unit he unboxed from the supplier unfortunately had a large dent in the top, and when I said I couldn't move ahead with that unit he didn't hesitate to box it back up and returned later that day with a different unit. I would definitely hire this company again.

Great experience. Tawn was excellent - he knew what he was doing, got the sump pump removed, cleaned out the sump, repaired a pipe, then installed a new pump. Very happy, will definitely call Tawn back for any future plumbing needs!

Great service from this company. Arrived on time, super clear and thoughtful, quoted me the price for enough demo to identify the leak source. It was difficult to figure out but he stuck with it until we found it, and it's not a plumbing problem so their work ended there. I would definitely hire again, and appreciated that they were able to come within a few hours

I could not be happier with Day & Night's plumbing service. Within minutes of completing Angi's intake form, I received a phone call from Day & Night and we arranged a home visit for the same afternoon. Day & Night's Ngura Sailo arrived a few minutes early (awesome!), was friendly, respectful and COVID-safe (e.g., remained masked during entire visit). I had a toilet that wasn't flushing properly and a bathtub drain leak. Ngura walked me through his diagnosis of both problems. I agreed to a toilet replacement. Ngura left to pick up a new toilet and returned in under 60 minutes. He installed the new toilet quickly and cleaned up completely afterward, taking our old toilet with him for disposal. And he fixed our bathtub drain leak free of charge, improvising and creating a tool out of scrap copper pipe to do the job. Throughout the entire process, Ngura answered every question I had and explained every step. I would hire Day & Night again in a heartbeat, and I would request Ngura Sailo by name.

Great experience with Tawn from Day & Night Plumber! He arrived on time, wore a mask, was friendly and professional, and quickly replaced our broken garbage disposal. Day & Night Plumber was even offering a fantastic deal on garbage disposal replacement so Tawn came prepared with the new disposal and the cost was far less than I had anticipated. I'm happy with the work and plan to use the company again.

We needed a water heater replacement due to a leak in our existing unit. The company came out promptly after our phone call, provided an estimate, and came back first thing the next morning with a new water heater to install. The owner and staff were patient in answering any questions that we had and did an amazing job cleaning up after they were finished with installation. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were very satisfied with their service. They never made us feel as if they were rushing to complete the job. We would highly recommend them!

I called Day & Night Plumber again because I had a good experience with their plumber Lal last time. His brother Saul(?) came this time to replace the toilet. As the brother, he explained everything in detail and did the job carefully. There was a little communication problem at the beginning. I called in for a toilet replacement two days earlier and instructed them to come with a specific toilet that I want from Home Depot. I texted the dispatcher the screen shot of the product from Home Depot's website and got her to confirm the job. But the plumber apparently did not get the information so he had to go out to get the toilet which added an extra hour to the job. But overall I like this company. It's small the job quality is consistent. The price is also reasonable. Will hire again for sure.

Great service and solved the issue for a clogged sewer drain. They came the same night within 30 min. Will definitely call them again if needed.
