I revoke my previous F rating. The owner, Lal Bo, made a house call to apologize and explain the situation. Lal Marin was the plumber who did not show twice. Although my plumbing problems were fixed by a different company, I will reach out to Day & Night next time I have a problem.

I emailed Day and Night Plumber after my old water heater started shooting water out the front panel and within 10 minutes I got a phone call from them with an appointment for an estimate with Marin. The quote was very reasonable and after I supplied the Hybrid Water Heater, Marin was able to come install it on Sunday. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and hard working. He finished everything, cleaned up the area, hauled away my old water heater, and showed me how everything worked. He even gave me a military discount and 12 month warranty on labor. If you need a plumber for anything, give Day and Night Plumber a call, they will give you top notch service for a reasonable price.

Great — true to their name, they called me at 10 p.m., just minutes after I submitted my request on AL. Their repairman came out first thing in the morning and fixed my faucet quickly. Great service, very polite, I would definitely hire them again.

It went great. Marin came out around 9:30pm on a weeknight and augered out our toilets, both of which we'd managed to get backed up on the same day. He was in and out of our place in less than a half-hour. And not only do our toilets both flush, but they're clean! Thank goodness.

It went very well. Lal wore covid19 PPE and covered his shoes as not to soil my floors. He had to remove the toilet to unstop the drain pipe. He used an electric snake to clear the drain and replaced the toilet including re caulking. I'm very pleased.

Same Day Service-Wow! Well, to my surprise, I found a leak under my hot water heater late Saturday evening, 11/28. In a panic, I called three contractors: the first contractor gave me an appointment for Tuesday, 12/1; I’m still waiting to hear from the second contractor; the third contractor sent me an email with instructions to attach pictures of pipes, hot water heater, the surrounding area where the pipes exit, and label specs. All of this for a free estimate! I slept on it and decided to keep searching because I wanted “instant gratification-job done”! Sunday morning, 11/29, I found “Day and Night Plumber, LLC” 8:20a. The receptionist gave me an appointment for 11a. The technician, Mr. Lal Zaua, was on time with his mask and gloves! He introduced himself, and we exchanged greetings, then went to the basement. He diagnosed the problem. He explained the types of water heaters and gave me pricing, which included a discount. I asked him if he could do it today? He responded yes and “went to work”! To cut down on foot traffic and less contact [because of COVID-19], he always used the back door. When completed, he tested the water, explained the temp controls, and where to turn the water off in case of an emergency. Everything was complete, and he departed at 3p. I am perfectly satisfied! Mr. Lal Zaua was responsive to my needs, treated me and my home with respect, and made sure that I understood everything before he started the job. Thank you so much!
