Description of Work: I claimed a Big Deal in the afternoon to replace a leaky kitchen faucet. I was able to secure an appointment for the evening. This the beauty of small business——they are more responsive and flexible. The technician Marin came on time and quickly take out the broken faucet and explained what went bad. It took him about 30 minutes to put in the new faucet. Along the way he talked about the pro and con of various faucet brands which is good to know. He is courteous and professional and pleasant to talk to.
