Overall my experience was very bad. I didn't receive the quality of materials for the project for there money I spent. I had to contact them several times because it seemed the subcontractors they hired were not experienced. They got me the cheapest materials they could find. They never sent anyone to inspect the work of their subcontractors during or after the project was completed.

slow start due to issues with communications, but the fence looks great and they did it fast on install day.

There are just a few small items to be wrapped up with Champions but the overall work looks good. There were some initial concerns of which Champions immediately has corrected. A major nor-Easter hit the DC area as Champions was replacing my roof. The 2-days of work done ✅ withstood 60 plus miles per hour constant winds. This was impressive as flashing on the new Condo next door was blown off. We have a final walk through any day now to ensure everything is to my satisfaction.

I don't know how to rate the cost, because I did not get any other estimates. They were able to come and do the job for me within 2 days!

Outstanding service provider. Quality workmanship, excellent communications via phone calls and emails, and appropriate follow-up. I wish everyone ran their service company like Champion. I will use them again for sure.

This deck has been in process since early September. This home improvement company was excellent in the past. Now they are into bait and switch. I have pictures and emails that I will be submitting to several local, state and federal agencies. The deck framing structure was place incorrectly, the foreman and his supervisor came out and provided a solution. They pinned the issue on the Salesperson, who is not a deck builder. I submitted drawings and was approved by my Community Architecture Review Board. Champion stated that they had never received the drawings and yesterday, after I allowed them to fix the issue I am not a deck builder but it is not being built as I request. I have asked for a deck plan and a re-submit to the ARB of what they plan to do, they said they could fix it. THIS IS NOT THE CASE - NEVER HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR FOR DECK BUILDING. I am writing to the BBB and FTC today and you will be able to see the whole story that will include pictures and written conversation from them, the Salesperson at least.

A roof repair was completed to replaced rotted wood and seal it from nail pops. Work completed.

Felt cost was a bit pricey, especially cost to get estimate of what needed to be done. Job was done. It looks better than how it had looked, so for that I am thankful.

I really liked him, he was very friendly and he had a lot of integrity and honesty we appreciate you.
