Despite the fact both my husband & I left work early to be home on time for our appointment, the father & son team were about 30 minutes late & did not give us a call nor even apologize for their tardiness upon arrival. They gave us a free consultation in which they determined there was nothing they could do since it was a defective spa tub button that was causing the water leak. When asked if they could fix our reversed hot & cold water settings in our shower, the father lazily looked at the shower knob & said that someone might have reversed the pipes & he walked out of the bathroom. He then told his son to put some silicone on the spa tub button which I assumed he was doing as a courtesy since he had said there was nothing they could do. It took his son 5 minutes to get the silicone, put it on the button, then hand me a $99 bill for something my husband could have done for $5. I blame myself most of all for not being on the ball that day.
Description of Work: Checked for location of leak and put silicone around spa tub button through which water was discovered to be leaking.

THEY ARE COOPERATIVE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY ARE A LITTLE PRICEY SO ENSURE THAT YOU REALLY NEED A PLUMBER BEFORE CALLING THEM. THEY ARE A HIGH QUALITY SERVICE.
