The service was great. The workers were prompt. They did the job quickly.

Two workers sealed all siding corners with silicone and metal on corners; sealed an unused exhaust fan opening with 24 gauge metal; sealed freeze board around house; sealed around stoops with mortar and sealed a/c lines with metal and sealed door frames with white caulk; installed kitchen door sweep. Workers arrived on time and were very pleasant and diligently performed the sealing of my house. Took about a couple of hours.

They were awesome. They were very nice people. They kept the traps there for about 8 weeks and they came in to check if they are all gone. They can't come back because of the way the trap was set. They came out and did what they were supposed to do and they were very reasonable. They were endangered species and everything had to be done legally and they did a great job with that.

We were on vacation at the time of the trapping but when we returned the hole was covered.

They knew what they were doing and were very knowledgeable. They came out three times and there were three people who came out. The price was affordable for me.

great. they came out right away. right on time. found the problem. figured out how to solve it (unpleasant and hard to get to spot). looked for other potential issues. checked the entire house to make sure. gave advice on keeping animals out so that they would not get stuck. really nice. answered phone on weekend.

Though nothing was done, I'm giving Adcock a very high score. I've used them before a few years ago and they eliminated the problem of squirrels in my attic. I thought I was having the issue again so they came out and determined the problem was in my neighbors house (duplex) so I was hearing what was happening in their attic. They provided me with a brief summary of the issue and offered to speak to my neighbor on my behalf or they could provide me with everything I needed to have the discussion with my neighbor myself to remedy the issue. I was very pleased that they didn't try to 'get over' and charge me for something that was already done. They work they did before was still in place and I've had no issues with squirrels in the same areas. In addition, they gave me a discount as a repeat customer, which was appreciated.

They were very effective in solving the animal removal problem. They just trapped and took care of it. When they were done, that was it. We never had that problem again.

We were very pleased with Adcock's service and would use them again if other pests made their way into the house. The person who did the initial survey was very professional and knowledgable--we learned a lot about bat behavior--and the crew that did the screening work came on time and completed the work very quickly.

John showed up and did a thorough inspection behind the storm shutter and inside the attic for any bats. In addition, he also pointed out other areas where bats could enter our home and potential remedies to correct the areas. He provided useful information that I was previously unaware of. I would recommend this company for everyone. They responded the day of and were punctual during all visits. All crew members were professional, knowledgable, and friendly. The operation was safe and effective and the rapids were thorough.

My experience went well. It took awhile for the technician to get the ground hog. They showed up every day to check their traps and they were prompt about the service. They were very up front with their cost.

We had bats living behind the rake boards on our roof, and in our attic. We could see a few of them (3 or 4) flying from the roof line on summer nights, but one evening, one of the bats had found its way into our house. For about $100, an Adcock's representative came to our house and determined exactly where they were living and what was needed to humanely have them relocate. The $100 was applied to the total cost of about $1000 to have more than ten bats removed. This was money well spent because we obviously had a bigger problem then we thought. The employees were pleasant, effective, and went above and beyond our expectations. While on the roof, one employee found a point of entry for stink bugs, and also sealed that area - super helpful. For detailed explanation of services performed, see provider block above. I'm not sure what the standard is for these sort of things. I know that I dropped $100 and still have a bird problem. My plan is to solicit other vendors and get other prices for the work described. It may turn out that adcocks price is reasonable, but it doesn't feel reasonable.

This company knows their business, is professional, reliable and reasonable Our development is bordered by creeks and parks so there is no shortage of non-domestic animals in our yard. I received a very timely response to my email sent at O Dark Thirty. When I spoke to Ms. Adcock, I was told what was involved, how it would happen and the possible outcomes up front. A visit was scheduled for the next business day. I was given a 3 hour window for arrival. Bob called right at the beginning of the window and met me at my house as agreed. The roof, gutter, chimney caps, attic fan, attic vent, soffets, and attic for squirrels and racoons were inspected. Luckily there were no signs of uninvited guests. We talked about the possibility of mice and the what a mouse inspection invovled. At the end of the visit, I was given a written report of the inspection. Areas that are potentially entries for squirrels and racoons were identified with recommendations for risk reduction. The cost of my inspection ($95 less $25 for Angie's List customers) will apply to any of those remedies within a given timeframe. Ms. Adcock and Bob were both extremely professional. I highly recommend them to anyone needing to get rid of uninvited guests.

Had been away, returned to find raccoons -- mother and 4 kits -- in residence. Contacted firm which sent out an "advance" tech to ascertain/scope problem. Tech was on time, professional and knowledgeable, explained what work was required in what order and how much it would cost. He also placed a baited trap at the raccoon entry point (roof). The next day a different but equally professional tech arrived and so began the process. It was a longer than anticipated evolution but ultimately successful. If there was a problem, it was that it took over a week to fully resolve the situation. In part this was because of the nature of the process: step A had to be accomplished before step B, B before C, etc. Also, there was an element of only doing one thing at a time, returning the next day to continue. I think this was because of the demands of other customers, the state regs requiring each site to be visited daily. My advice in this area is to fully understand the process and how it could be delayed by circumstance, etc.

We called Adcocks Trapping Service when I noticed a hole in our soffit. My wife has complained in the past of hearing animals in our walls and attic. Therefore, we gave them a call and Cliff came and did an investigation. He noticed raccoon, squirrel dropping, and said if I wanted their trapping service it would cost me $425. Now, I did pay $75 for an inspection but if I chose the trapping then it would be just $425. Therefore, I decided to go ahead with the trapping service. I am so glad I did. Adocks service is to set traps and come inspect them daily. After two weeks of the service, they caught 8 squirrels. During this entire time, the people who came were very professional and friendly. The estimate for the repair for the soffit once everything was done was $125, which we found very reasonable. We went ahead and had that completed. After looking at the repair, you could not tell it was aluminum and blended in nicely with the wood soffit we have currently. I cannot rave enough about the service provided and the workers. Therefore, the total was $425 - 20 coupon I got off angie's list + 125 for repairs = peace of mind for the wife. I will recommend Adocks service to all my friends and family.

They were very considerate about keeping my housecleaners. They were going in and out and checking outside and I appreciated that. It was reasonable value.

All staff were very helpful and responsive. The trapper left door notes every day with the status ("empty, changed location," and so forth). Everything was smooth and very clear. They told me up front there is no guarantee they will catch the animal, but that they have a 90% of so success rate. I was skeptical that our groundhog would fall for this but he did. It seems to me the trapper was very thoughtful in where and how he set the traps and I think that led to the success.

This is a rental house, and my tenant called to tell me of noises in the attic. Adcocks responded within a few days to the initial inquiry. They answered all questions I had, and provided an FAQ sheet explaining common urban animal problems. Once hired, the set humane traps and captured two raccoons. After no noises or more animals, they installed a metal band to prevent re-entry. I inspected the work and it looks very secure. They were pleasant and professional throughout.
