Description of Work: Arrived on time. Worked quickly and thoroughly.

Description of Work: They seem very knowledgeable and professional. I had a rat problem in my crawl space. Adcock's said the perimeter wall of the house was sound and that the likely source was sewage pipes. (This was the $99 Angie's list special). They said the next step would be a smoke test to identify any leaks in the sewage pipes, as to rodent entry points. During this period I trapped 11 rats in my laundry room. I finally decided to go ahead with the smoke test. One pipe was temporarily sealed. The more significant pipe was unreachable except by a plumber. I have not contacted the plumber. They put down some traps I could reach (caught two). And at this time, I stopped getting nibbles on traps in laundry room. As far as I know, I'm rat free for the time being, but this might change in winter. If you use the traditional wooden traps, but sure to put them down with bait (e.g., peanut butter) for a couple of nights without setting the traps, then alternate.

Description of Work: We heard noises in our attic, so we contacted Adcock's Trapping Service. When the first trapper pulled-up to our house, he told us that we had a raccoon in our attic, and showed us how it entered and left. It turned out that a female raccoon had babies in the attic. Adcock personnel checked for the raccoons' presence over a 15-day period until they were certain no raccoons were in the attic; they then installed heavy gauge screening to prevent any more raccoons visiting our attic. | In a few days, Adcock personnel will return and remove the attic insulation where the raccoons had nested and clean up anything they might have left behind. They will then add new insulation to replace what they had to remove. | Everything the Adcock employees did was done very professionally. We will certainly use them again if another critter decides to move in with us.

Description of Work: Set up cages to catch and remove squirrels that had burrowed into roof attic.

Description of Work: We had birds flying in the house and they trapped the ones flying in the house and plugged the hole where they were coming in.

Description of Work: A critter got into my dryer duct from the vent outside. Judging by the smell, I thought it was a raccoon; I was too chicken to try to get it out myself. Mr. Nash and his assistant took the duct apart and removed a rather scared but still kicking possum. They cleaned out the duct, reassembled it, and put a new screen/cover on the exterior vent to prevent another critter from exploring a little too far. I discovered the duct was a little crooked after they put it back together (I noticed it after they left), but it was minor so I fixed it myself, not a problem.

Description of Work: The company was called in to find a possible opening in the house where a rat came in. They strongly suggested that we incur 3 expensive spoke tests which we later found out would never work in our small basement area. They were also incredibly sloppy and disregarded our instructions for where they could make holes in the walls. They left an incredible mess. Most importantly, they were particularly rude to my wife.

Description of Work: The company representative removed accessible nesting material and debris from side of house where birds were entering through a loose piece of trim and the side gable vents. The trim board was resecured and the two gable end vents were screened on the exterior with 1/4'' hardware cloth.

After walking around on the ground and on the roof they saw no real signs of an entry point and explained a mouse could enter through the garage. They went to the attic and set four traps.

Description of Work: Installed a fascia board to eliminate pigeons/birds relocating under my roof. Work was done professionally, and I was very pleased. Birds weren't happy when they returned to a sealed home.

Description of Work: PREVENT SQUIRREL ENTRANCE INTO HOME. CLOSED UP ALL OPENINGS IN HOME. SHEET METAL, AND SCREENING WORK INSTALLED, ONE WAY TRAP ON INSIDE, AND TRAPPING THOSE THAT WERE IN IT.
